l've been collecting Christmas records for over
20 years and used to turn my nose up at these
budget records in thrift stores. Because of your
posts | am now changing my mind. They're
pretty good stuff for budget records and
whatever you do to them makes them sound
really good. So keep up the good work and
    THANK YOU!

Ah, just so nice. The Caroleers don't get nearly as much recognition and Christmas-time airplay as they deserve. Wonderful album in so many ways. Thank you for sharing it with us. Cheers!

This one doesn't show up too often, if you can find a copy it is worth collecting. Glad you enjoy!

This record has my favorite rendition of Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town. I heard this version on a later Christmas collection in the 60s. Thanks for posting.

Audio issues. Redo- improved mono cartridge. The Caroleers were making 78 rpm shellac records in the 1940's and this is probably a compilation of those recordings. Many of these recordings were re-released on many different labels in the 50's. Enjoy!

I’ve always enjoyed the harmonies of the Caroleers. I wish there was some history on these singers - was it a regular group or various people who stepped in to sing?

This was more than likely a studio group, meaning that they recorded but didn't perform "live." The Caroleers showed up in the 1940's on 78 rpm shellac records.
