The obscure foundational Christmas music of my childhood and many of yours as well. What a wonderful thing that bonded us all together many decades ago but we didn’t know it until now.
I got this album as a Christmas present from one of the kids in my class when I was in the second grade and played it all the time during Christmas, Now I am 64 and and found this here on you tube... Boy talk about a blast from the past I sat here and listened to the whole album and man what great memories it brought back!!! I listened to this album as a kid back in the late '60's. Great old Christmas album. I still listen to it to take me back. 1971 must be a later printing.
OMG I've been looking for this for a long time. Cant believe i found it. I think i was in 2nd or 3rd grade and my mom and my older brother were on their way home from 'town' and it was very light snow. They picked me up from school and my mom bought this for me. It was one of my favorite albums and i played it many times, even when it wasn't Christmas. It disappeared over the years like alot of things. Thank you so much for posting this. I listened to it as soon as i found it. Lotsa memories.

I've enjoyed the entire post of the album! It reminded me of my childhood! I love the vocal sounds of Mr. Damon King.
