Thanks for this! I just spent several hours cleaning up a bunch of booleans so I could use a complex model in another software. This would have saved me SO much time. Good news is I'll have a lot more to do shortly, so I'll be using this workflow.
How ypu approach design, i mean what to do, not how to do.... I mean what shapes you think of, i heard form follows function but not connecting here if i am not doing some machine project and want to do Sci-fi stuff.

What is the reason you unmark edges before running the bevel at around 2:07? I tried both ways and they seemed ok. Thank you!
sharp edge will create a slight crease like effect around the beveled area, which doesnt look good, and you dont need sharps with WN modifier.
