Harvesting & Drying Chives

I harvested and dried my first batch of chives. I read that it’s good to harvest once a month, so I’ll try that this year instead of letting them get so big. It’s easy to do. I could also freeze them, and of course, use chives fresh! I’ve already made a delicious herb and cheese bread using fresh chives, and I’m curious how dried chives would taste in the same recipe. So, if you have an abundance of chives, maybe try drying some.
