I have one but can't get the calculator to work. Any suggestions please? I did enjoy your video especially about the blue and white function button I wasn't aware of. Look forward to hearing from you. Devi
Hi Devi, if you watch from 04:00 , you will see that there is a blue strip at the back of the numpad, pull this out to connect the power. If your calculator button is not working, I suggest download the driver here: go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=849754 Install the driver, restart your computer and it should work. All the best! 🙏
How do you get the numpad to turn on? I have changed battery, it lit the led for a fleeting moment but does not connect. Is there a num lock/unlock I need use? I am running on a HP Spectre x360.
Hi thanks for the review. My question is if the kyeboard has an on/off power. Have experience in other kewboards that battery drops because of lack of that button. Has the mause a separate USB connection?
Hello @Alejandro The keyboard doesn’t have the on/off switch but the battery has been lasting for me for the last 3 months and everyday use. The mouse has an on/off switch Also, USB connection is the same for the combination but I believe you can buy the keyboard by itself without the mouse. Hope this helps. :)
Hi Dove, Yes you should be able to use the keyboard without the mouse, but you will have to turn the whole thing on using the mouse as the on/off button is under the mouse. A bit tricky I guess. :D
I had the same issue with not pushing in the batteries all the way, lol. Glad I watched your video!
Glad to know this video helped! :)
I lost the mouse usb plug but still have the keyboard usb but not sure if there is other ways to make my mouse working !!

how did you open notepad with the keyboard??
Looks like I lost use of up & sideways arrows. Down works perfectly fine. So weird. Might you be able to help?
Yes, that is weird. It sounds like you will have to claim a new one under warranty.

that's fraud then
same here...
how pairing on bluetooth because my usb dogle is gone😀🙏🙏🙏🙏
Unfortunately, there is not much you can do, I lost mine a couple of months ago but then luckily found it. All the best!
is just one usb receiver for 3 wireless devices?
Yes, there is only one USB receiver. I recently lost mine and it stopped the whole thing from working so please keep it safe! Lucky I found it haha!
May I ask if this one comes with a dongle or you need to buy it separately?
Hi the dongle is inside the mouse battery case, it’s a single dongle for all devices (Keyboard, Mouse and Numpad)

can I use this without dongle? I don't want to use the mouse.

@@ihandyreviews6846 The on/off button under the mouse is just for the mouse. The keyboard still works with the mouse turned off
can they run well with linux?
Unfortunately, I have not tested with linux, it will be a trial and error.
