Ok Alan since Y’all are talking Drummers I know we both agree Michael Shrieve Santana and Oh Yeah my Favorite HSAS but man Tommy Aldridge Wow I saw him starting out with Pat Travers Ozzy WS Ted Nugent You can hear Tommy all through every Song just Killing it I am also Blown Away by Deen Castronova Hell of Drummer who Sings like Steve Perry Alex Van Halen so underrated Steve Smith Always one of my Very Favorites
And let's add Mickey Waller { who was great on the early Rod Stewart stuff, and a ton of other English bands}, Bobby Elliot of The Hollies, and Bobby Graham, who played on most of the great English records of the time.
