    I’ve been playing for over 40 years and just recently found your channel. I’ve watched some of your full swing stuff, short game sessions and several on putting. I’m just amazed at how much I get out of watching your lessons. Every aspect of my game feels so much better since discovering your work. At 66 I’m ready to shave the last 3 strokes off my index to get into plus territory and start shooting my age. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Looking forward to more great content.

    With the short swing and everything connected. What is the best way to help increase club head speed for more distance. Where is the power coming from or where do you see weekend warriors loose speed. How does one learn to rotate faster? Thanks for everything you do.

    On the wrist set in the takeaway, should the back of the left hand generally face the ground? Do you have any videos on this? The 45* angle set in the takeaway doesn't seem to work for me. Thanks, Adam!

    Hi Adam, does that hands chest high on the back swing and being connected on the way down apply to all clubs throughout the bag or just wedges? Thank you as always

      Yes to an extent Bc all clubs get longer, the more connected the better,

    I’m not sure what wedge he’s hitting here at 15:17 and what the target distance is…would you say he was a bit wide in his stance for that shot? This is pretty close to my setup for say a 9/8i.

    Is pushing down on the grip with left hand to start “set” a good swing thought? Trying to get rid of my reverse loop. 10hc, thx!

    • @PorzakGolf
      @PorzakGolf  2 года назад

      Absolutely! Use your left shoulder to push your left hand down the line of your feet applying pressure into the left heel pad to set the club up in front of your hands!

    love the connection drills! should we be aiming to get the trail arm 90° relative to the body at the top? when I feel really connected, it's difficult to get my hands and arms "high enough" resulting in a tucked right arm. I hit it very solid from that position; it just feels like I might be leaving some speed on the table.

    • @PorzakGolf

      Hey Jimmy, by maintaining the connection with a big body turn and shorter arm swing, we find our players hit it further than when their hands are higher and disconnected from their body. They come into the ball with less loft and hit it straighter too.

    From this set up position where the hands are relatively low I find that most clubs produced especially wedges lie far too upright is this something you have come across in your teaching as most modern wedges are cast resulting in most players adopting a posture to suit the club as opposed to the opposite.PS love your videos excellent content and delivery.
