- I had the pleasure to build Rambley's rig and direct the animation of him on the many screens in Indigo Park! Playing on our strengths from projects like "Don't Listen", we hope we were able to convey this little guy's charm!!

0:27 I know it's a small detail but I love how his a.i. brain short circuited for a second like, "wait, this isn't the right direction, this is my left...so that means my right is the player's left.. I think? Yeah!" It gives him personality.

It doesn't work like that. They don't know their rights and lefts AT ALL, meaning a simple explanation isn't really gonna help them much😭

I feel like this is a missing piece of most "Mascot Horror" games, getting to know the characters and why people might like them really adds to the atmosphere. Any children's mascot can come off as uncanny and creepy, but let people know why they're beloved first. Rambley's character really shines through with his gestures and dialogue which makes the corporate parts stand out like a sore thumb when he's talking, the little bits with him interacting with his friends (and Lloyd) lets you know that these are probably characters you'd love in any other scenario. All in all, great job.
Rambley's reactions to anything Lloyd-related are funny. Really wanna find out what happened that made Rambley not like the big lion (though I would bet real money that it's because Lloyd is insufferably smug and egocentric)
I absolutely agree. This is the first mascot horror game I've seen where the characters are genuinely cute and endearing, which makes... whatever has gone so horribly wrong... even more disturbing as a result. Fantastic job by everyone on the team!

It also doesnt try to be overly childish. Its a nice balance.
Also, amusement parks are the best setting for mascot horror. Its makes sense to have a huge map, mascots, merch and all that, because it was a park where tons of people went to.

There are more characters, but I think they decided to keep them a bit mysterious at the start and introduce them to you via the ride and signs in the park.
That way they could immediately introduce their personalities.
thats a good question, maybe they added a extra one for rambley too? which seems unlikely bc hes showing them off but yea maybe there is a cut character
The ones we know of so far are Lloyd, Mollie, Finley, & Salem, which roughly lines up with the extra characters. I suppose one of the other characters COULD be another Rambley, but I’m not confident on that.
@@dubioustheatreyt8096it could be that one poodle plush that’s a collectable, the way Rambley seemed very against it seemed off to me… maybe it was another character that was ditched?

i love the animations done for rambley, the artstyle used for him feels really nostalgic and similar to some older cartoons
his body language is conveyed really well, and his usage of gestures and fidgeting is super unique compared to alot of other modern animations

I noticed that Renkumoo does a lot of added expression with the tail and ears working together with the body to add even more emotion to his words. I love that. You all did great but that was just what made me love him even more was how expressive he was with his tail and ears!
i like how when he gives up on the exited to meet you thing he moves normally instead of cutting to different poses
I think maybe he normally relies on pre-rendered animations to save on processing power or whatever, so when he goes completely off-script, he's gotta animate himself in real time, since none of the cute "park entertainer" ones will fit the mood.

This game was a banger. I did a full gamethrough, my pc almost melted from graphics and mollie was one step ahead of giving me a heart attack. Great experience and animation ☺️♥️
2:40 Poor Rambley, he was expecting us to blame/yell at him for causing all the trouble in the first place when he mentioned/said "I could see in your facial tracking data that your scared, *ANGRY* and upset...." , you could probably tell by him glitching out and his scared face, i just hope in the next chapters that he will always be at the good side
The smug aura at 0:43 and 0:50 never fails to make me grin like an idiot. He's so damn adorable and I hope we get more of that smug shit-eating-grin energy in the future

Idk why, but I have a feeling that indigo park is gonna become a huge franchise with loads of games and merch, and a huge fan base. Idk, i just wanna call it now.
Otterboy is truly wonderful as Rambley. It’ll be a great dream opportunity to someday team up with Otterboy for a fun animation project especially with his wonderful special singing voice performance.
I know for a fact he had fun with the storyboard, you can see it in the expressions. It is amazing to see the progression and passion laid out to us
God with how much people fell in love with this little guy. Please don't let him be the big villain at the end! I know that's asking a lot, but I just wanna see rambley be happy in the end of this game

Seeing the animations so up close and crispy and smooth you can see all the little details in the animation and it almost makes Rambley feel more uncanny. It’s really cool you guys did a great job!!
If you guys are wondering about what rambley says when it comes to the last time they had a guest, 2920 days is 8 years, so it's been shut down for 8 years
The last scene was so touching, I love Rambley so much! My favorite character by far.
the animation and background art designs reminded me very specificaly of my little pony FIM and simular flash style offical animation from the early 2010s. It's a simple style that manages to be expresive and efficiant, and it makes sense to me.
Like I said before, I cannot stress enough how much I love these 2D animations, Team Neutron did an amazing job.

Rambley is my favorite mascot for any game ever. He's so frickin adorable. And his voice actor is perfect for his animations and character.

These animations are why this game feels like it is going to become huge. You gave soul to this character in a way that other games have spent years failing to do. The voicework is the icing on this cake!
When I experienced the first chapter, I could tell that Indigo Park has great potential! I also adore Rambley, from his design to his personality and dialogue, it was just icing on the cake! You guys did a fantastic job, and I look forward to what you and UniqueGeese have in store!
