BCs gain nothing with upgrades if Marines don't use Stims. BC deals 25+9 damage while Marine has 40 HP. So with or without upgrades Marines dies in two shots. BC armor negated by Marines weapon upgrades. Everything change after Marines make themselves oneshotable by using Stims though.
@@SU76M He explained that. BC two shot marines regardless of upgrades unless the marines use stim then they get one shotted, but only with max upgrades. Meanwhile marine dmg upgrades is completely negated by bc armor upgrades. The marines killed themselves, if they hadn't stimmed they would've won. Probably with 90 something left because they had range.
they're not capital ships, just supportive big war ships that don't excel in atmospheric battles? The lore of the game mentioned 'battleships" (different from battlecruisers; at least in IRL military history for naval terms) so maybe those are capital ships, but perhaps they're too heavy to float in atmo, and must remain in orbit
Stim takes away 10hp from marine leaving them at 30 hp and bcs with upgrades 1 shots them. On the other hand bcs without upgrades still 2 shots marines even when they stimmed. Bcs won from a combination of dwindling the opposing force dps but also preventing them from stacking and concaving on them
10 drunken marines with gauss rifles that can shoot lots of hyper velocity bullets, which liquify small amounts of material on each impact (adds up) Also, why terran use ablative armor (mentioned in old lore), because it's less likely to get larger amounts of material compromised by that kind of tech (wiki ablative). Even ablative armor cannot withstand too much punishment though, and big impacts from missiles and high explosives (eg. siege tanks) can basically just shatter in 1 or 2 shots the wearer or vehicle of such armor anyway.

Too bad BCs won only 1 round, since the marines win most rounds
Thanks for explaining that! I was so confused about what happened that last battle lol
If they gain nothing, how could they kill evn more Marines with upgrades?

AI just too stupid to get advantage from stim in this case.
Battlecruiser: take it slow
Marine: rock n roll
Don't do drugs, it won't help you😁
Ah, that's the stuff!
Ohh yeah💉
12 capital ships in orbit vs less than 200 marines with rifles…. Make it make sense!!

@@Usammityduzntafraidofanythin In vanilla SC1 campaign you can see Norad II shot down from space, and crashing into the planet
If the marines would use the stim to upgrade speed and run UNDER the BCs to maximize damage, I suspect stim would them help them.
Next up 12 Norad II vs 168 marines
Norad 2 costs more than a Battlecruiser, probably three times as much. Most heroes are triple the cost of original unit with a few exceptions.
where can you can buy norad?
Fly high Marine who lose they Lives 🕊
Why BCs lost to marines without upgrades with steam, but won marines with upgrades and steam?

Stim damages marine, so +3 BCs oneshot them afterwards, while normally they 2 shot.

don't do drugs
Almost 10 Druken marines destroys one capital ship, i like starcraft 😂
10 drunken marines in Power-Suits-Exoskeletons.

A concave is the best formation for ranged units. This is proof of it. What with all but the last battle resulting in the victory of the marines.
The last battle is caused by being one-shotted due to stim, not a lack of concave.
the best formation would be stim marines, move all under BCs and destroy them almost instantly )
