Done with my Day 4 challenge. Did workouts, walking for 30 min. Morn: Black Coffee, BF: Brown bread 2 slices with 1 egg omlet, Lunch: 2 Oats dosa with vegetables, Evening: Apple 1, 1/2 orange, Dinner: Tomato Soap.

Pls ppl wake up healthy weight loss is something which is 3-4 kgs max in a month . Pls read some good articles on this . If u follow these type of fad diets u may loose initially but eventually u will the gain in double . Don ever fall prey for these type of things. Remember workout and eat consciously at regular intervals this will help u on a longer run

Hi ma, I have stopped taking rice , I eat twice in a day, trying with soup along side...with hot water. I keep drinking the entire day.... But when it comes to exercise I'm not able to do continuously due to mental stress fly happenings,, I give on exercise..pls help me on this part
