    Day 4 completed with fruits for breakfast and Millet with sambar and curd for lunch and 2 roti with dhal for dinner and did regular yoga and challenge completed

    Day 4 tummy exercises completed . Took alomonds 60 gms and 2 eggs. But tasted adhirasam and little murukku .. 50 ml coffee .. but carbs fell within 50 gms. Will be strict on day 5

    Pls ppl wake up healthy weight loss is something which is 3-4 kgs max in a month . Pls read some good articles on this . If u follow these type of fad diets u may loose initially but eventually u will the gain in double . Don ever fall prey for these type of things. Remember workout and eat consciously at regular intervals this will help u on a longer run

    Hi ma, I have stopped taking rice , I eat twice in a day, trying with soup along side...with hot water. I keep drinking the entire day.... But when it comes to exercise I'm not able to do continuously due to mental stress fly happenings,, I give on exercise..pls help me on this part
