I’m working on the material design and engineering for a suit similar to master chiefs, except it will be made with borophene and sorbothane to make it extremely protective. It could protect someone from the force generated by the navy’s rail gun theoretically, so it would be extremely effective against just about anything, and definitely anything in day to day life for a civilian. Btw, you could take just about any hit from any car.

Never ND'd, but in basic a round had a light primer strike. I checked the chamber from behind it, didn't see anything. DS cleared me after checking himself. Went to the clearing barrel, no ND. They rodded my barrel, an unspent casing popped out, bullet still in the casing but had a dimple from the firing pin. Almost got obliterated pt wise until i told the DS at the clearing barrel that another DS cleared me. Shit was fuckin scary at the time.

I have had exactly 1 ND incident, Friends camp/range while handling an unfamiliar shotgun, miscounted how many shells i had and popped a surprise one down range with *Fortunately* no injuries. (Came pretty close to self-amputating my own left arm though.., scary shit)
It was funny some army reps came to my school and they said Air Force rep was supposed to be there but never showed and the joke was there was no extra office chairs for him
