"If you want to chuck a child down here" first time I have laughed out load at one of your vids. I'm also waiting for the day you open a cupboard you wish you hadn't...
How about some "bloopers" from your videos? Whenever you open a bathroom door in one of your videos, I imagine your surprise if someone had been using it without your knowledge -- has it ever happened to you? That should make for a good such "blooper'!
Yeah that crew cabin seems really stupid. Access it only via the deck and a ladder, that would suck in any kind of sea, as well as a really bad nights sleep.
He's done the surprise cupboard door, like "...and loads of storage here as well." whilst opening the cover to a chock full control center. Very fast closure on that. Sorry, Nick, but I think even you laughed at that. It's all good, we still love ya.
brook316 This "boat" thing, has bunks that actually look like the drawers that cadavers are stored in, but the room they're in is fairly big. ruclips.net/video/k58GhBzPJz4/видео.html They're shown at 2:30 in the video.
Even if you did hire somebody as a crew member to help you out even for a day or two, I doubt very much they would take the job after they saw the sub compact crew cabin.

Oh boy that's the exact boat i always wanted. I sincerely hope these will drop down in price in a few years (the price is great as is) so I can afford one of these bad boys around 2025. Just the perfect balance between luxury and usable, spacious but not overkill, appropriate amount of en suites, great flybridge. I could go on and on, the boat is a clear 10/10 for me. Thank you for the lovely video, Nick! Perfect tour, as always.
Oh, one thing. Anybody got information about whether you could expand the range? The engine room seems kinda full, it didn't look like there would be space for bigger tanks (we're talking 600 miles, 300 won't do it for me).
@@AQUAHOLIC I actually didn't even think of that, 14 knots is kinda too quick for me anyway. I wonder whether one could ditch the crew cabin for an additional tank, more precisely how that would affect the boats stability. Anyway, thanks for your help!

Love your videos which I am learning so much from, thank you - Kris from Oz.
What a refreshingly different boat from the usual top of the range yachts. Really comfy looking boat and the only point I was a bit confused about was the range where you say it is around 300nM as I thought trawler style boats were designed for longer range voyages, Great stuff Nick your usual excellent quality of presentation and you explain stuff so well.
This is not a trawler yacht. It's barely a coastal cruiser. It has a semi-displacement hull. Just a weekend fun toy. 300NM because it can only carry 740 gallons of fuel.
This channel is in my top 10 of this year, thank you Nick for bringing us all of these wonderful boats! Lets hope you can catch your dream Princess next year.
Hand over a Million Pound Note and get back this amazing yacht PLUS enough "change" for a nice party. That, folks, is a PROPER BARGAIN. Look at other new yachts in the $1 million club. Cranchi has them all beat. For instance, the master closest's r/h door is semi see-thru exposing the "shoe shelves" for your perusal - class, on any scale. A real live aboard yacht. And, a nice coastal cruiser as well. Lovely vessel. Thank you for sharing...
Great yacht, I love those trawler style boats. My choice is the Absolute Navetta 73 when my lottery numbers go in. Cheers Nick, great production as always.
So glad you love this style and would so like to understand why? What is it about the design because I not sure why anyone would! If you get a chance please let us know - thanks
It looked like a nice boat but I thought the locker space in the forward guest cabins looked straight out of IKEA,. It was less expensive than some of the new boats you show us and from the fit and finish it looks less expensive. Not up to "Nordhavn" standards of a trawler Yacht but far less expensive. Also the range seemed very short, 300 miles is not that far to cruise. Thank you Nick for another wonderful tour, we appreciate immensely your time and effort. You give better tours than anyone else.
Clever use of space for such a boat. A nice and leisurely way to spend a few weeks cruising along mediterranean coasts I would imagine. I may be in a minority but I'd personally rather do without the sunbeds and make a larger space for socialising. Lovely boat though.
Andy Gillett A lot of yachts do go crazy with the amount of sunbed space. I live in Florida so I'm always looking for the shade. But they might be nice for laying out at night under the stars.

Thank you for the great tour as always. I hope you can tour the new Nordhavn at the Dusseldorf boat show in January. They say it has a range of over 8000 miles.
Great vid as usual, thank you! I'm re-watching your older videos, and this boat actually looks amazing. The decoration like that element between the helm and the salon, and that big glass door on the side, are almost superyacht-like. The spaces look VERY generous for this size, as you said not 'slanted' like with cruisers, and that flybridge is amazing. I love the finishing as well as the practical stuff like the removable storage bins. I'm surprised you aren't more enthusiastic about this yacht. Looks like you get a lot of boat for a 55 footer! Cheers
A very different fly. Well done again. That’s a very comprehensive review of a very interesting boat. Love your, easy to listen to style, and your obvious knowledge makes this such a trustworthy site.
Another fine AQUAHAULIC complete boat tour. I do like the trailer layout. They seem so spacious. I do know one thing. If I ever get to a bounty show, the most important thing for me to keep an eye out for is the white bag. That means my man Nick is on board, and I’m in for another great video coming up. Of course I would stick around to say hello and maybe stand around in the background so I could have a fleeting moment of fame
surprised the front window is not at an angle to cut down glare and a giant mirror at night for the helm apart from that i love it and the Fleming still a princess snob at hart thanks to Nick
Nick, wonderful tour as always. This one is not my cup of tea. I can go back through your vids and find lots of yachts at this price point or below that I would rather have. Pretty funny I can be picky about boats I can't afford. This one is out of my budget by about 900k. Lol
I love it, it looks very spacious and feels like real ship with corridor and that only just little under 17 meters of length. I prefer this type yachts, which feels like ship, not big boat.
A great tour Nick, - it’s a nice modern take on a trawler, and nicely styled but think a side door from helm to side decks is essential, and to reconfigure the crew cabin as storage. Thanks B
I always like the trawlers style. Nice comfortable owner operated design and length. Great value sub 1M. Range for local weekend cruise is good; I'd prefer longer range capability.

LOL when he goes down the crew cabin and he is momentarily stunned about how tiny it is. You could tell he was struggling to find something positive to say about it. LOL... The bed isn't big enough for anyone over 4ft and the actual loo is practically next to the bed. So ever the optimist Nick tells us 'if you want to chuck a child down here then its absolutely perfect'.' The yacht equivalent of the naughty step then.

i dont want a floating house i want a boat!! loll, a good example of a trawler IMO would be a nordhavn styled boat. This is way to mansion type. Brilliant review as always. cheers
Nordhavn is a great boat but you need to be ready to cruise at 8 knots with a max speed of 11Knots. I -refer a cruise of10 knots ability to hit 15-16knots when I want.
Nice boat for the price. I'd take away the crew quarter ( why would you need one in a 55 ft, s couple cam manage the boat) and move the VIP cabin alittle back so the toilet, as I saw, isnt together with the shower. And I would add a freezer. But thats just me. Great job in filming the boat. A plus on the boat is the engine compartment. Very spacious and you really can get to all the components without being a contorsionist. Keep up the good work.
I always assumed the crew quarter this size would be used for a chef/maid for a long weekend with family, rather than a regular thing. If someone was willing to pay £50 an hour for a long weekend of work in that space I think there would be a few people willing. But yes, a larger VIP head / separate day head would maybe be a better use of space.
Another great video and a good looking boat. Personally I was slightly disappointed with it. Everything was well laid out and had most things that you could wish for, but . .. . . Again, thank you for sharing this video and please keep them coming.
Lovely boat. Did I see a shower on the upper deck? Would be interested in the fuel consumption at full, cruising and even at 6 or 7 knots. Thanks for another great tour Nick. I have been looking at many other channels and some of them blow it with lousy camera work or a painfully slow cadence.
Love this one. Great setup. I'd also like to see you review the Beneteau Swift Trawler 41 if you come across it. MBY did a recent review, but they don't do anywhere near as good a video tour as you do.
Neat flat transum btw. Rather than have a clumsy big tender on the platform or in a big garage, It must be possible to make the platform the tender. Flat bottom boat with fold up sides like a gangway and maybe battery electric jet drives. A tender doesn't need a high performance hull so daily elegance must take precedence. I think that could really work.
Great review Nick, as per usual. Interesting, but not to my taste, design to me is a little bit to " Boaty Mcboatface". Nordhavn on the other hand, albeit more expensive than this would be better. I also expected more range. But, as I said, great tour.
Great video Nick. Could you do a video explaining the difference between hull styles, planing, semi, trawler and the pros, cons of each, how they behave in rough seas. I know some would be personal preference.
Just found this video, two months late, I guess. But since the date of the video is my birthday, I had to check it out. 😁 Glad I did! This boat...sorry, SHIP...is awesome! Might be my new favorite. I checked the data sheet on Cranchi's website, and according to it, if I'm reading it correctly, at 5.5 knots, she has a range of 2,700nm? Color me impressed!
You do not often see that hull colour on a Trawler style yacht. If this is your style then there's not much to disappoint, very nicely done. The helm appears a bit sparse though I imagine all sorts of options would be available. The one thing that caught my eye was the Breaker Panel, the handle appears squared off rubberized or similarly pliable material (better not be rigid, that would be far worse), how rinky-dink is that?
Like this. Looks a bit top heavy, but cool. You must be the go-to guy for walk-through’s now. I’m sure you could get a boat on loan for free, as long as you gave it a review. If you do, remember I’m your mate 😬
don't like trawlers but the interior is georgeous ! ... if thy'd just sloped the front window a bit more like a saab window it would be much sexier .... and yet again sir ... very nice video.. allways a joy to watch !
I've heard from other reviews the downside of galley-fore is the cabinetry getting in the way of portside view. I think it might be better to lose that top galley storage and have the window free.
The whole boat seemed to me to be like a high rise building Nick ? Probably the boat look a lot different in real life but who nows, overall a boat that did not made my heart beat go up to a dangerous level :) :) :) :)
That "crew cabin" is only useable as a brig imho. So why not delete it and reconfigure the guest cabins to have a bigger bathroom? Probably not possible because of the structure of the boat ;-(
I'd have the toilet and the "bed" removed in favor of shelves and bins and just turn it into a storage space. That way I don't have to worry about the crew murdering me in my sleep :P
really enjoy your videos but as a long term sailor i have to ask you the question when doing them where is is storage for provisions and pots and pans as i ofter don't see much and believe me you need a lot of cupboard space for you bits and bobs and cornflake size boxes

Yeah, is just a waste of space

Laundry room is an excellent idea.
I want to see the look on the crew's face when you shove them in that anchor locker
She's just there to spit polish the taffrails
You would need to hire a dwarf as crew or use child labour.
Yeah someone might think. "Yay! I got hired to work on a 1 million € yacht, time to enjoy some luxury & comfort" Little do they know.
That's the biggest shower I've ever seen on a boat this size, in the owner's head.
The price is excellent.
Yeah because the boat is built like absolute shit
Yeah massive shower but you would need to hire a contortionist as crew as their area is so tiny.

Many thanks :)
Great video, we can dream! I see you're 'rocking the Rolex GMT master 2'
Cute little boat
Amazing price.
I did not expect a crew cabin.
Nice job Nick ! Didn’t see washer/dryer ?
Just found this video, two months late, I guess. But since the date of the video is my birthday, I had to check it out. 😁
Glad I did!
You can hear the disappointment in Nick’s voice when he saw that crew compartment
Nice boat very. Crew cabin seems daft but all in all love it.
Like this. Looks a bit top heavy, but cool. You must be the go-to guy for walk-through’s now. I’m sure you could get a boat on loan for free, as long as you gave it a review. If you do, remember I’m your mate 😬
Excellent!
Nice boat for a weekend cruise, but that crew cabin is minuscule. I've seen semi truck sleepers way bigger than that.
don't like trawlers but the interior is georgeous ! ... if thy'd just sloped the front window a bit more like a saab window it would be much sexier .... and yet again sir ... very nice video.. allways a joy to watch !
I love this.
I love your style of presentation. And if you want to chuck a small child down here you can do so! Lol.
Ill be looking to get hold of one second hand in 5-6 years :D
That "crew cabin" is only useable as a brig imho. So why not delete it and reconfigure the guest cabins to have a bigger bathroom? Probably not possible because of the structure of the boat ;-(
I'd have the toilet and the "bed" removed in favor of shelves and bins and just turn it into a storage space. That way I don't have to worry about the crew murdering me in my sleep :P
Perfect spot for the mother in law.
really enjoy your videos but as a long term sailor i have to ask you the question when doing them where is is storage for provisions and pots and pans as i ofter don't see much and believe me you need a lot of cupboard space for you bits and bobs and cornflake size boxes
