- hi sleepyhead. this comforting personal attention video includes: tongue clicking, light triggers, focus triggers, a face, ear, and eye exam, heartbeat sounds, face touching, brushing and massage, "sshh, it's okay", comforting affirmations, and tapping. ironic that my camera was having issues with focusing during the focus triggers, sorry about that! the low lighting messes with my camera sometimes and i haven't quite figured it out yet. i fixed it after the beginning bits of the video. thank you for watching, sweet dreams! xo

if you don’t want to camera to automatically focus on things in the foreground maybe switch the focus settings from auto to manual? it’s a bit trickier to keep yourself in focus because it won’t track your movements and adjust, but it also won’t shift between foreground and background!

I normally have to take melatonin to fall asleep and a bit of asmr to slow down my brain. Sucks that most people with ADHD are diagnosed with insomnia
