सर मेरे साथ तो ऐसा होता है एक श्लोक पढ़ा गीता का तो उसी में अटक गया या कोई बुक लिखनी शुरू की तो विचारों में ही खो गया लिख कुछ नही पाया फिर उस से बाहर भी आना पड़ता है और भी काम हैं बहुत चीजें खो जाती हैं और फिर और नई चीजें मिल भी जाती हैं पर यही चलता रहता है ठहराव भी आता है और फिर खो भी जाता है उसको सब कामों के बीच साधना मुश्किल होता है ।

Thanks for choosing this wonderful topic. Deep interest vs shallow interest - can i get more clarity on this? I am a digital marketer, and i have been focused to Blogging as my profound interest, but in long run - i lost my interest at same point and my growth become stagnant there. I need to understand this part in your further videos - how to identify thing that this ain't the time to drop this and moved on. When to do this and when not? I feel, my life has motive to become that 1% here.
Also, multiple interests run parallerly - so is it right or not to lead things?

मेरी समस्या ये है कि मै shalloow interest को deep interest में नहीं तब्दील कर पाता हूं।
I realised that for me to develop that undiminishing enthusiasm i have to understand that when i come across anything i must ask myself if i am shallow interested in it or not, am i following speed and efficiency or am i truly understanding the process. And keeo this intact irrespective of the task.
It is the uncontrolled self speaking that makes us not to be focused on deep focus.
How to conquer daydreaming?. I suffer from maladaptive daydreaming since childhood. I loose interest in minutes and my mind is very flickering.
