I'm going to try this with a medium curry powder (I like flavour and not heat) and I will add some turmeric (and black pepper of course) to it and leave out the sweetcorn pieces. My tummy is rumbling already at the thought of making it.

This was nice Terri Ann. Maybe I needed a bit more salt or general Adobo to give it that turn. The green seasoning is always magic. Mine needed a little extra umph but I’m not sure what I’m missing. It was still delish.

All green seasoning grind up onion skellion garlic green peppers yellow pepper red pepper hot pepper if you like heat thyme cilantro basil alittle cooking or olive oil blend together stop in refrigerator for 1week use to season meat and fish with your powdered seasoning
ok simile ur creative .. learn another method cause me after i stir fry the season in the curry i would just put on the rice then pour the curry season in the rice and let it cook thanks... going to try this at work ,,, after covd 19
