I'm gonna buy one for my tele because it just ROCKS ! thanks for demonstrating it :)
Great review, Mike! Nice pedal demo and great display of varied licks and riffs on your part! I have students that I'm going to turn on to this pedal, and get one myself!
Thanks Robert, glad you enjoyed it. let me know how you get on with it.
Thanks, I've got old Duncan's on my Tele, so this pedal seems VERY nice!
Excellent playing, love my tele and this pedal may curb buying more guitars... It just May.
My thought exactly
Hi Mike! I'm planning to buy this pedal but you've mentioned that is preferable to add this pedal first on the pedal chain.
My question is:
if using first a Wah pedal the role of this pedal will be drastically affected?
Cheers (and congrats for your great playing!!!)
JF
Loving the playing at the start mate 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
+screambluemurder101 Cheers buddy
Nice review Mike. Keep up with the good work. \m/
Thanks Dr! :)
Nice baby!! I love it, versatile pedal. :)
I shall, Mike! Thanx....
Right on man! This is so badass!
Thanks Jared
Another great demo!!
Cheers buddy!
I have this pedal also and it is great. But I notice it adds noise. Not terribly too much but enough to make it to where I'm not sure if I want to continuously use it. I usually don't use any pedals at all just an amp that has great overdrive already.
With a single coil? Because it will boost 60 cycle hum. I think this pedal is best for noiseless SCs. It's almost a must if your have noiseless SC pickups on your guitar
@@LeviBulger I'm probably using it with the wrong type of amp but it just seems like all it does is add noise with any guitar I have. It doesn't seem to make anything sound better also I always go back to not using any pedals.
@@kingkrollinvention Check your power supply, mine adds hardly any noise at all. I use quite an expensive isolated adapter it made a massive difference when I always used to give up on pedals. Also if you have a high gain amp it could be that, I use it on a clean channel.
This is a great demo for how this pedal in particular and boosts in general can really add to your tone.
Plus, Mike, you are a smokin' player! Great all around.
Eric Garland Thanks Eric, really appreciate it. glad you enjoyed it.
Fender Tube amp demo?
Hey i play alot of metal, i'm looking for a boost pedal that can fat out my tone and always be active (rhythm and solo), would you recommond the pickup booster?
Con ese pedal mi Stratocaster suena ideal para el Heavy Metal no?
Is this pedal good for lile Ritchie blackmore/black sabbath type of tones
For times like that it’s more amp tones, they would of turned their amp up and got the power amp working, so using this pedal with some amp gain would certainly be great.
What sort of amp are you pushing that sweetheart through?
namberak its my Fender supper sonic 22.
Thanks Mike, great demo!
hi Mike, wonderfull playin, awsome pedal for Yam Pac 112V n pup jazz ...hav the Peavey 112 trnst, would luv to have the SOnic amp, butt them tubes/
