At approximately 8:18 you didn't show how you came up with the side darts dots. Obviously we need that measurement to connect the side dart to the side seam. And, in this case because you want it to fit a range of cup sizes we need the calculation. Thank you for this detailed tutorial
Please explain, the front bodice part measurement for shoulder to waist is 40, but for back body part is 37 cm. Is 37 cm is also the result of measurement of back body ?
I think she marked the midpoint between the armhole /bust line and connected it to the bust span line. Then she added 3cm upwards and divided that to make the darts.

I really did not understand how you took the side dart

Bust dart is calculated from the back waist measurement- front waist measurement although standard sizing according to cup size exists.
You should check (Thuy Sewing). It looks similar.
6:23/2023 the hand arrow from waistline go up 8cm (3.1") and from that add dart 3cm (1.2") and midpoint of that 3cm (1.2")
