      Can’t beat a G model Deere. I’ve built a lot of roads and logged out a lot of timber with them.

    Yal Looking good to Me. R there many loggers in your area? Do u line up your own tracts and buy the wood? Just interested. AC

    • @hoskinslogging9858
      @hoskinslogging9858  2 года назад

      Yeah they’re all kinds of loggers up here. Mostly small outfits like us. But there are some bigger ones too. Yeah we line up our timber. Buy it or work it on shares. Whichever.

    Used to just enjoy seeing just how far I could make one jump off that stump and head to the skid trail. Decent small timber but the ground ain't no trailer park for level. I ain't the pointiest card in the deck on east and middle west timber. Raised in washington and oregon, some idaho n montana... got old enough for my neck to swell, headed to alaska and found out you don't diddle bears and kill squaws so there is a squaw, somewhere, warming someones bed after she left mine and I am reconsidering the bears bottom... na.. I will stick to drinking the water an thinking some narely thoughts at 72. I am still on the right side of the soil. Cheers so stay safe

      I have 1 . It's not a stihl but for the price it does good. I've had a few little issues oil will just run out of it when not in use,, but a friend of mine has had nothing but problems. I have a 32 inch bar on it.

    Why the bore cuts with the maple trees?

    • @hoskinslogging9858
      @hoskinslogging9858  2 года назад

      That’s the way I cut all my trees. It’s the safest way for me to do it given the terrain I’m on.
