2:36 The federal government has invested 30 billion dollars in the Southeast of Mexico and has already allocated more economic resources in the 2024 budget. The objective is to improve conditions in the Southeast and that means reducing migration to the United States.
@@anafranco5733 Record of homicides (175,000 in his administration), record of people dissapeared (more than 10,000/year), Almost every business in Mexico now pays extortion money to the cartels, education, second worst country in the last international test, hospitals without medicines and lots of corruption of his family and members of his government. Are those good things?
for SoCal residents in the USA, we can already get to Tulum direct via Tijuana airports land bridge via CDX, and Viva already has started directly flights from there to Tulum for a decent price.
Excellent video. Thank you for spreading this news. I recommend talking about the "Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec'' from Salina Cruz Oaxaca to Coatzacoalcos Veracruz. With the drought facing the Panama Canal and the semi-blocking of traffic in the Suez Canal due to the Israeli conflict, eyes of the world are being redirected to this new connection route between the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean. The Federal Government has just put out to tender the first 5 industrial parks in that region and there is already good news because the Danish fund Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) will invest 10 billion dollars to produce green hydrogen
Mean while California is almost done with 10% of its High Speed Rail, folks are gonna be able to travel from Bakersfield to Madera by 2030 and 100 billion dollars over budget…
We a great president who is honest, transparent, humble, and very smart and intelligent, like no other president in México or the world. THANK YOU FOR THE INFO.
CANCUN AIRPORT IS PAIN IN THE ASS, tULUM WILL HELP A LOT FOR VENT THE AIR TRAIFFIC IN THE AREA. BESIDE THE MAYAN TRAIN WLL EXPLODE THE ACTIVITY! GOD BLESS OBRADOR, GOD BLESS MEXICO!
Dear friend, have you interviewed real estate agents in Belize? This year 2024 I want to buy properties in Belize can you make videos of Belize? There are very good eco villages in Belize and I'm going there this year. Please make a video talking about investments in Belize! Sincerely Your Luz
Thank you for the video. I woul like to star a carrer in real estate. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I have some college on me and I know a buch of people in the Seattle Metropolitan Area.Any ideas how can start, any schools or courses in Playa del Carmen or Tulum?
What's the capacity of this airport? Seems like it leans heavily towards private jets which isn't great for the local economy... Aside, when are the trains really going to run? When is Tulum getting real infrastructure? Seems crappy right now
Your vision is limited. With the Tulum Airport, the Mayan Train, the oil refinery and mainly the Oaxaca-Veracruz Corridor, for the first time the GDP of the Mexican southeast grew faster than that of the North. We will have direct and indirect jobs in a region that will become a hub for recreational, ecological and anthropological tourism.@@FelipeGonzalez-y5h
You don’t know what you’re talking about! This is fantastic for locals. A modern train, a modern airport. What lack of economic understanding and logical thinking on your part. Smh.
that’s the end for Tulum. Already overcrowded, underserved as utilities (particularly sewage) adding this will just sign the end for the town. The beach road WAS dangerous 15 years ago, it’s even more now and it will be impassable if you add more people. Note that all these additions are not for the locality or the locals but only for the rich gringos (rich at least compared to the locals) Goodbye Tulum, welcome Cancun 2.0
This brought so much pollution and noise and inconvenience. The local buses were more than enough for a city like Tulum where there is so little to do anyway.
Realtor from Montreal: “ it’s my first time here, “WE are now doing domestic flights “. Typical sense of entitlement, owning what’s not tuyo K-broncito.😂😂
Look. Not gonna lie there’s impact on the environment but big project like this will ALWAYS damaged natural environment because it will never be the same.
*It's disheartening to witness the eagerness of foreigners to exploit indigenous and Mayan territories. You might argue that local communities benefit, or suggest it's the Mexican government's responsibility to safeguard its people. Bottom line here: your overpowering influence and greed overshadows any ethics you may have*
They forget when the company from us was destroying all the natural resources in Quintanarro . They were destroying all the Beach and natural reserve. Until the president stop them .And they don’t say nothing about it. That’s funny
Unfortunately only to Americans and Canadians whose government bans foreign buyers from buying in Canada. Therefore, the government of Mexico should do the same and ban Canadians. Not fair for them to invade Mexico like they do.....

Tulum Airport along with the Mayan train is a game changer

Very exciting. Can’t wait to visit Tulum. Want some beach, some modern train, some ruins, some food and some nice people!
I think they may have stopped beach access at the Tulum ruins. It was great swimming in the beautiful water and looking up at the ruins.
Once Tulum has nonstop flights it will save on time. I didn't know about the train, that sounds great!
Yes. The train is a big deal too.

Because they do not have the same purchase power as Canadians, Americans, and others.@@TheWanderingInvestor
