The average American when other Americans vote for a billionaire elite grifter who admits he can't change the price of groceries despite saying he could to get voted
That confession caught me completely off guard, LMAO. Fun fact, there is a note somewhere near Sistine Chapel from soldier's mother-in-law basically confirming that she's pregnant & wants to keep the child.
I think this is the first videogame where Italians are actually portrayed speaking Italian, and not as puppets dubbed by Americans with a Super Mario-style accent. Well done Bethesda and MachineGames
@@ahmadhadi177 the games you mention have Italian characters who aren’t voiced by Italian actors, and are dubbed with an exaggerated italian accent which we don’t actually have. Gina is a good example of how we actually speak English when we know the language, and of how Italian actually sounds. In the Great Circle 90% of the Italian characters, including all the nameless NPCs, are voiced by Italians. The ones who aren’t are Ernesto, whose Italian is terrible, and Padre Ventura, whose actor is at least decent. Also Laura Lombardi, I suppose, although she doesn’t have any lines spoken in Italian so it doesn’t really matter.
@ulyssesocounter8488 The Guards at the Auction in Uncharted 4 were speaking in Italian in .Does this mean there were actors who speak Italian but are not Italians themselves.
@@ahmadhadi177 you’re not getting it. They spoke Italian words but pronunciation and accent were such that no Italian would actually speak that way. That’s not the case for the Great Circle, where most Italian characters speak Italian the way real Italians speak it, because the actors are actually Italian, save, again, for Ernesto and Padre Ventura.
All of these scenes really capture the fun and silly campiness of the OG Indy films. Almost feels like it’s the Indy sequel that we were supposed to get in the 90s. Also, on a side note, Troy Baker’s Harrison Ford impression is near-impeccable. It really makes me think MachineGames could do a Blade Runner game pretty well using Troy Baker’s voice and Harrison Ford’s likeness for Deckard, all they would really need to do would be to find a good voice actress that does a good impression of Sean Young’s Rachael.
Perfectly recreats the comedy that Spielberg sprinkled all over the Indiana Jones movies. From the slapstick humor to the comedic beats of dialog. The development team could not have done a better job with this game.
Voss has got to be one of the best gaming villains in recent years. His writers and VA did a perfect job on encapsulating what it means to be an Indy villain.
Dude the part where she knocked herself out on the shelf and shot him in the nuts on the way down had me in tears the first time I saw it. Might be the hardest I’ve laughed at a single player video game.
Fun fact Dr. savage was another actor from the young Indiana jones show who played a French officer during the war. This is also referenced when father Antonio mentioned the Piave, a place in the Italian front which is also an episode from the series.
Yeah! I was skeptical of this game, but downloaded it day one, started it… and immediately loved! Never would I have imagined to be able to live that legendary sequence, in first person nonetheless! Machine Games truly surpassed themselves with this gem of a game
Well it was the same studio that made the recent Wolfenstein games and they did great at the beginning and kinda went overboard in the last few titles but nonetheless they still did great. I couldn’t think of any other studio to take up the Indy mantle. Troy Baker did phenomenal as Jones and I never thought once “this impression is great” I genuinely was picturing Ford putting on his best young impression of himself
The title should have been "Indiana Jones and The Great Circle but the context is long gone and buried on the sands of time" or "Indiana Jones and The Great Circle but everyone is having mutiple mental meltdowns"
So the end game is they find noahs arch which can use the stones to teleport and the naz*s want to use that to speed run the ww2. But noahs arch only lets approved drivers, drive it?
I enjoyed these oever the top comical nazis from old movies. I really love how they recreated "old movie" vibes here perfectly. Even Indi's a bit awkward animation when you use the whip - not like in today's movies where all the movements are perfect and calculated, but with a bit more clumsiness or smth, don't know how to describe apart from "old movie vibes"
I like that they made nazis goofy idiots, just like Spielperg wanted them to act in the movies. Choosing MachineGames for making this game was the best decision.
Where is when he’s talking to the monkey hey little guy than the lady says she’s named after an Egyptian pharaoh and Indy says I didn’t realize I was talking to the last pharaoh of the something dynasty?
"Jesus Christ what have you done!" Kills me
The average American when other Americans vote for a billionaire elite grifter who admits he can't change the price of groceries despite saying he could to get voted
I saw that scene in game I was HOWLING. Literally tears streaming down my face especially when Indy says you're forgiven!
I love that Voss is actually a German voice actor. His voice acting is so perfect
Actor! Marios also acted as Voss
@@hermannmakuta3311 lets not forget he voice acted Dio in the german dub of Jojo's Bizzare Adventure!
@CormactheNomadThat's great!
@CormactheNomad That makes too much goddamn sense.
Kara-TE!!

That confession was wrong on so many levels, but boy did my mates & I get a laugh out of it.
It’s on the floor close to the concession booth. Indy will remark, “Boy he sure is in a lot of trouble alright.”
I can approve, I found that note after beating the game
I think this is the first videogame where Italians are actually portrayed speaking Italian, and not as puppets dubbed by Americans with a Super Mario-style accent. Well done Bethesda and MachineGames
What about call of duty 2 the big red one?It features not just Germans, but also Vichy French and Italians as enemies.
Plus, there's also Uncharted 4 where you're in Italy.

3:12 the pure anger in Indy's face when that vase shattered. a piece of history in a million piece
I know Troy Baker is everywhere in voice acting, but I really have to say he did a good job here mimicking Harrison Ford
Voss honestly one of the most evil and most comedic villian I’ve ever scene
Funny and psychotic
0:14
Let's take a moment to notice even the Heer soldier couldn't keep his attitude with Voss's over the top and quirky wackiness?
12:19 there's also a nod to his father in The Last Crusade if you shoot off your biplane's stabilizer. "Uh... they got us"

Sorry pal, you kinda deserved it
Way to make fascists look much worse. 😂
Average Italian male:
It’s basically Chinatown
That was a wtf moment for me...😂
1:58 finally the iconic scream from raiders of the Lost ark 😂😂😂😂
These moments were so fun because it's just straight up camp for the sake of it lmao

Amen
10:05 Damn, she really said "got your nose" 💀
Dude the part where she knocked herself out on the shelf and shot him in the nuts on the way down had me in tears the first time I saw it. Might be the hardest I’ve laughed at a single player video game.
I just love how scrappy the fights are.
Was he really shot in the acorns?? I dont think so. He would've been screaming like Voss, lol. @ToddSoloStory
God this game looks so good and has the indiana jones sense of humor
Fun fact Dr. savage was another actor from the young Indiana jones show who played a French officer during the war. This is also referenced when father Antonio mentioned the Piave, a place in the Italian front which is also an episode from the series.
8:50 This was probably one of the most random moments of the game that caught me completely off guard. Had me dying
To recreate the opening scene of Raiders is very courages of them, and they pulled it off masterfully!

I love how this game is just a hyper extended director's cut, with all clips never being cut at all
Exactly
6:41 Welcome to Gizeh!
Voss looks like the dude form star war theory for some reason, but having the ability to watch a cutscenes where Voss get beat up was epic af
11:38: "Dial of Destiny is peak Indiana Jones!"
15:18
10:29 me after hearing that sentence

Machinegames was always great at cutscenes.

And beating Nazis
and beating fascists
John Blascovich severed head best cutscene
This sounds like he was from Austria

10:30 Fucking hilarious
At least now I know what happened if you get near a snake he'll recoil away
Well, of course. Snakes are way more afraid of humans.
@ericsander3620 I meant since Indiana Jones had a phobia of snakes I curious about what would happen to the screen when you get close to a snake
@@muk2626 Then, it makes the game a bit more accurate.

Indy Jones is a great comedy
3:1 there's been some raiding of the tank candy. Or they're just nuts, as was the want of many yatsi "researchers."
I love how the "giants" are just a bit over two metres tall 🤭
don't listen to voss at 2x speed
Ahahahahahaha
Do love Vass. He is funny and he is a bully that will make fun of you when you point a gun at him.
The mocap sessions must’ve been a blast.
2:18 Did anyone else notice that the captions say "Satipo", but Indy says "Sapito"?
This is more like random ass Spielberg shit lol
Finished this game a few days ago, they did such an amazing job of staying loyal to the Indiana Jones movies
Do! to!!! Do!! toooo!!!
"CHOOO CHOO,,, CHOO CHOOO"
This ain’t Indy, this is Johnny Cage
Man watching this was far superior to the Dial of Destiny
10:20 the first time I played this, I actually thought they were going to kiss lol😂

13:16 : 8:24 : 1:21 : 1:39 : 8:50 😂😂😂😂
Gina is there a
snake on my should and why I ask because I hate snakes I hate them
These graphics are TERRIBLE. How is this a new game?!? Looks like Elder Scrolls Oblivion style graphics. The animations are so stiff and poorly done.
Have you maybe taken into consideration that the person who made this video had to lower their graphics????????????
