When i see those collections, i know; i am not alone. Its fun to see, which ones you own yourself, which one not. Some fragrances are really popular among enthusiasts.
I originally came to RUclips to learn more about fragrances when I first started collecting not that long ago. Ash's sense of humor kept me coming to this channel the most. Never change man! I’m the one with like 5 bottles of colonia, I got it on ultas super sale for like $25 for the 100ml bottle. I picked up a bunch with plans to gift them to friends and family. I do enjoy the scent though!

I was on that path myself until I watched a video from equality fragrances and he said something that stuck with me. He said to by fragrances you love, not ones you like. Otherwise you'll find yourself with 100's of scents, which in actuality is just a waste of money. I thought about it and when I looked at my collection I had quite a few a didn't really use because the ones I love got all the spray time! Lol. From that point on, I just go for the ones I love and nothing else.
@@jazzmineking8190 I think I'll probably go through the ones I've got opening them, and then sell off the ones I'm not really fond off to get it back down to a manageable amount. Been great fun building it, even though I get lots of earache, lol.
Love these videos Ash! Honestly I would like to see you hover your mouse over the fragrance you’re talking about because some of those collections have so many fragrances the one you’re talking about can hide from time to time haha With that being said I would love to see this type of video but just RARE or DISCONTINUED fragrances that are hard to find nowadays! Love to see other people’s collections in this great community and you hyping them up!

Some of these collections are wild. It’d trip me out if most of these guys had their hands on Midnight in Paris. Then again, that’s a dream far gone for most of us 😭
It’s a shame to see how the dang near entire a men lines flankers are all hard and expensive to get as opposed to just a couple or few years ago. It’s ridiculous to see the prices for 20-40 dollar discounted scents are going for close to 300 nowadays. Thank goodness for close houses.

Great video as usual Ash. But you know it's funny how everyone absolutely TRASHES Sauvage as being the worst uninspired scent to ever hit their nose, and yet there wasn't one collection in this video that didn't have a bottle of it in it... Not gaslighting, just an observation lol.
Sauvage gets hated for no reason. EdP & Elixir are amazing fragrances! I get the most compliments from Sauvage Elixir. My collection currently sits at 24 now.
I saw one Floris bottle. I have basically three collections displayed in three separate areas. A "historical collection" displayed in 4 rows in a wall mounted display case. Starting in the bottom left I have Caswell-Massey No. 6, "the George Washington frag", with each successive frag to the right being released at a later date so that it's a historical collection with notable releases spanning the centuries and decades. So for example after Caswell-Massey and 4711 for the 18th century, for the 19th century I have Guerlain Eau de Cologne Imperiale (1860), and Trumper Wild Fern (1877 I think), then the 20th century starts with Aqua di Parma Colonia (1916), Pour in Homme de Caron (1934), classic Old Spice (1938), English Leather (1949), Rochas Mustache (Original 1949), Chanel Pour Monsieur (1955) and on and on. Then I have a "Favorites Collection" in a floor-standing hutch with 3 shelves. So I have the most favorite on the top shelf, next favorite on middle, etc. Then I have a "Barbershop Fougere Collection" in yet another wall-mounted display vitrine since Fougere is my favorite classification.
Most unbelievable thing to me is that not a single one of them have Happy Clinique in their collection which is one of the most sold perfums in history. Maybe it's just me who have been purchasing it for years and years but it's a must have.
Austin is my kind of guy. He is obviously a rack store man. But, unlike me, he spends major money online. Just the Parfums De Marly bottles would pay for vaccines for the entire country of Uganda.

Curious, how does the fragrance community feel about Hawthorne and their “custom” colognes? I’ve always had 3-5 fragrances, but getting the personalized Work and Play fragrances from them started me on collecting about a year ago because they were GEMS 🙌🏻💯
There is a ton of great fragrances. It’s easy to find yourself in the fragrance rabbit hole buying a ton of fragrances. However, you can’t really enjoy your fragrances regularly. The biggest mistakes I see is buying similar fragrances & blind buying.
I actually don't have that problem since I like scents that stand out. I like to be different so the non-common smells always get me. That's what makes me a fan of Tom Ford since he always seems to have some innovative scent coming out; like the soleil brulant.

It’s not worth it to buy over 10 bottles but to each it’s own I keep 6-8 fragrances in my collection of my top fragrance including niche/designer I prefer to keep my collection small compared to others!
1st guy had a great collection. he got the better desert by tauer, 2 envies, prada amber intense, ultra male, le male, zadig and voltaire this is him, tom ford noir extreme, versace man, terre d'hermes, pure havane, ch man prive, margiella (maybe fireplace or jazz club), hawas, spicebomb extreme, ideal edp, and many of the staples. mostly all highly rated ones too :o the only thing i dont like, is that he got 1 million lucky instead of 1 million prive :3
I enjoyed this segment. Pretty cool to see collections...small and large. I agree with some of the other comments...should make this a regular segment once every month or two. Feel free to roast...no worries....or should I? :)
I need fall/winter daytime , casual ,everyday , clean ( but not like sauvage that most use ) some unique ,clean ,soapy , some sweet ? I m man in 30s . Is better to project and last , but anaway if you recomand me some . Cheer's
I had my car stolen while in the middle of moving and had all my belongings in the car . . . including my cologne collection. I had to start over and decided not to go super expensive i.e. Creeds, Tom Fords, Clive Christian but with Versace, Givenchy, YSL, Paco R, Chanel Blue, Armani and Hugo I'm up to 30 colognes and would love to have you judge my new collection
P.S. I love your taste w/winter or cold weather cologne and I'm literally going to buy That Spice Bomb you keep saying is mandatory for any collection as my next cologne, thanks for the videos I like your so taste so these videos have been extremely helpful rebuilding my collection 💯

I enjoyed seeing all these different collections... I noticed someone had a bottle of RL Safari. I’m actually gonna hunt for one tomorrow... Also, does anyone remember Liz Claiborne Sport for Men? This is from the late 90’s. I’d love to get my hands on a bottle sadly I’m sure it’s been discontinued.

I don't want to get jumped at a Burlington store. Because i didn't give gangster nation it's dues . But we are pretty cool and it's a must that we smell great. .

Dolce and Gabbana pour homme is still a banger I love it even got a bottle this year 2022 and it smells the same as 2012 when I started wearing it.

The money spent on some of these collections, holyshit, but like I always say you have to have something in this life you enjoy
It’s not worth it to buy over 10 bottles but to each it’s own I keep 6-8 fragrances in my collection of my top fragrance including niche/designer I prefer to keep my collection small compared to others!

1st guy had a great collection. he got the better desert by tauer, 2 envies, prada amber intense, ultra male, le male, zadig and voltaire this is him, tom ford noir extreme, versace man, terre d'hermes, pure havane, ch man prive, margiella (maybe fireplace or jazz club), hawas, spicebomb extreme, ideal edp, and many of the staples. mostly all highly rated ones too :o
the only thing i dont like, is that he got 1 million lucky instead of 1 million prive :3
I enjoyed this segment. Pretty cool to see collections...small and large. I agree with some of the other comments...should make this a regular segment once every month or two. Feel free to roast...no worries....or should I? :)

I had my car stolen while in the middle of moving and had all my belongings in the car . . . including my cologne collection. I had to start over and decided not to go super expensive i.e. Creeds, Tom Fords, Clive Christian but with Versace, Givenchy, YSL, Paco R, Chanel Blue, Armani and Hugo I'm up to 30 colognes and would love to have you judge my new collection
P.S. I love your taste w/winter or cold weather cologne and I'm literally going to buy That Spice Bomb you keep saying is mandatory for any collection as my next cologne, thanks for the videos I like your so taste so these videos have been extremely helpful rebuilding my collection 💯

This is from the late 90’s. I’d love to get my hands on a bottle sadly I’m sure it’s been discontinued.
