All animal experts are always frantically trying to spew all the info they can during these shows. They’re always so passionate. I do appreciate how cool Conan is with all these animals. He just jumps right in.
Inaccurate information too. Macaques didn't "evolve from humans" they shared a common ancestor 25 million years ago. There is a big difference

The Denisovans weren't found until 2008 and the identification of it's DNA from a finger bone in 2010. A literally separate species or 'subspecies' as we have little to nothing of them of archaic Humans from Asia.

Yes, we all share common ancestor with all existing apes and monkeys. But, if one common ancestor that was already considered Human (homo) - you can say that this monkey evolved from humans. Chips, for example, branched out too long ago from ancestor that was too far back to be human. So you can't say that chimps evolved from Homo, Humans. This monkey- apparently not that long ago from species that were Homo, Humans.

It couldn't see the sloth. The blue eyes are caused by the eye caps loosening, and snakes are very vision-impaired in this stage.
I like that he doesn't freak out and act stupid like some show hosts do he actually holds and interacts with the animals and is gentle
How is he so weirdly comfortable with touching every animal? Loving nature is one thing, but not being scared to touch something that can kill you is something else 🙃 Respect 🙌

Sloths are no joke. If you encounter a sloth in the wild, don't go near it. Bc it will attack you. Just like ant eaters. I've seen a video of an ant eater chasing a tiger. If you do encounter an ant eater, don't get to close. It will warn you to stay away, or walk away. It will stand up spread it's arms. It's not telling you it wants a hug. That's how they warn you don't get any closer.

I like Conan but after watching 3 videos of him asking what kind of animal the Sloth is I am starting to re think his level of sincerity.
Once I watch Jay Leno monolog and then O'brien, and they did the same joke with the same words and timing.
So as far as his sincerity, idk, but he grew out his beard when the writers went on strike; but, given what I've already stated, I say the hell with the writers. Let's see how funny these Comedians are, of your ask me.
