    INGREDIENTS:
    2.2 Litres Whole milk/Full fat milk
    2 tbs Lime/Lemon juice or distilled white vinegar

    I have the leaf in my backyard, just contact me. Lol this came out really nice thanks for sharing. I love wagashi jollof rice. My dad's favorite. He's a partial vegetarian so we make our own wagashi,we fry some,roast some and use some to make light soup for him.and sometimes we will make evaporated milk from the fresh cow milk. Thanks for sharing.

    In Nigeria we use soya milk to do dis but it's not a cheese but yummy,am gonna try this wagashi and I know it's gonna taste absolutely yummy.

      Squeeze the leaf and put the juice you got from the leaf then when the milk starts to boil add it to it👍

      You need to grind or squeeze and add like 2 tbs of the milk to it and strain the liquid you get from the leaf then use it like how I used the lemon juice M'kay 😊👍😍😘

    What leaf is that pls and must you keep the water you drained so you cook it in ,or you can use plane water incase you can't finish the wagashi same day and want to keep some

      I forgot the name but I think you can get some at the market and no if you are not using the wagashi right away just throw the water and anytime you want to use the wagashi use plane Water and add salt to your taste and cook it👍thanks for watching dear😍😘

      Well it's similar but this needs acid to get the curd and the milk should be fresh cow milk or whole milk but with Halloumi, it's a mixture of sheep and goat milk and renet is used to get the curd you don't add acid to it and you can sometimes use cow milk too👍👍

    my Ghana husband's favorite. I'm going to try to make this tomorrow. Can you put this in stew or light soup or do you just eat it on its own? How much lime juice do you put in the 4 pints of milk? I want to make sure I make this recipe correct :)

      You can add it to stew or soup. Use 4 tablespoon of lime/lemon juice 👍

    Do you think it would be okay to substitute cow milk for like or milk or other mills that don’t come from animals? Or does it only work with cow milk?

      Yh ricotta cheese is made like that. just that I know cream is added to the milk and boiled.

      With Mozzarella,you off the heat when the milk starts boiling before you add your lemon or distilled vinegar but this you add on the heat👍👍hope you understand

    You could use it without frying as cream cheese. The white people call it farmer's cheese. Check out living traditions website.
