You are the best. Please can you give me the name of the leave used in Ghana.

Thanks very much, looks yummy... Please did you add anything to the salt water because it was looking yellow.. Thank you
No I did not that's because is the same thing I got the curd from I mean the milk I got the wagashi from yea I used the water that's the reason is looking yellow 🙂👍

But you have 10k subs
😂😂😂my dear you have made my daymay, Allah bless you .thank you soooo much but how can I use the leaf if I get some in Ghana. Will like to try. Yummmmmmy
You need to grind or squeeze and add like 2 tbs of the milk to it and strain the liquid you get from the leaf then use it like how I used the lemon juice M'kay 😊👍😍😘
What leaf is that pls and must you keep the water you drained so you cook it in ,or you can use plane water incase you can't finish the wagashi same day and want to keep some
I forgot the name but I think you can get some at the market and no if you are not using the wagashi right away just throw the water and anytime you want to use the wagashi use plane Water and add salt to your taste and cook it👍thanks for watching dear😍😘
@@Fauziamoula thanks you..This is helpful..💕
Am in tamale what is the name of the leaf and can i use the cow milk sold in the market.thank u
Sorry have forgotten the name but if you ask in the market you will find it there and yes that milk is perfect 👍 thanks for watching dear 🙂😘
This looks so good. Is it the same as Halloumi?
Well it's similar but this needs acid to get the curd and the milk should be fresh cow milk or whole milk but with Halloumi, it's a mixture of sheep and goat milk and renet is used to get the curd you don't add acid to it and you can sometimes use cow milk too👍👍
Fauzia moula thank you for your quick reply. 👍🏿
Hi fauzia moula I want to ask a question
Is wagashi the same as mozzarella cheese
Thank you
No please wagashi is different from Mozzarella cheese 🙂👍
Please did you use the same water you squeezed to boil it?
Yes please 🙂
my Ghana husband's favorite. I'm going to try to make this tomorrow. Can you put this in stew or light soup or do you just eat it on its own? How much lime juice do you put in the 4 pints of milk? I want to make sure I make this recipe correct :)
You can add it to stew or soup. Use 4 tablespoon of lime/lemon juice 👍
Fuazia please are you kotokoli by tribe sorry to ask
Can I please use full cream milk or low fat if I don't have full fat
It's best to use either full fat/Whole milk or fresh cow milk
Can you used any type of milk
Whole milk or fresh cow milk is the best to use in making it 👍
Hi sis, like you were saying if you don't want to use it all keep it. where do you want keep it please in freezer, fridge or anywhere in your kitchen
If you want to keep it for a longtime then keep it in the freezer 🙂👍
@@Fauziamoula thank you very much so if I understood u well then its means I can freeze it before I fry it. Thanks for your good work
Yes either fry or freeze it like that it's all fine 👌👍😘
Hi, do you have the recipe for making shakito malt drink? If you do please share it with me. Thanks😘
No please what's that?
It is a local malt drink
Pls what type of milk can i used? Am in Nigeria
Whole milk or fresh cow milk 👍
Did u put salt in the water u seved from the waagashie and imersed then back in b4 frying?
Come again please I don't understand your question
Fauzia moula I mean I saw u putting the waagashie in some liquid b4 frying wat was dat
Oh yea that's the same water I got the wagashi from 🙂👍the one I strained yes. Thanks for watching dear 😍😘
Cañ I use soya beans to make wagashie?
Yes but that one is called tofu
Without the lemon juice can I use normal lemon
Yes please you can 😊👍
Thank you for this.....can full fat coconut milk be used?
Well I can't tell but you can give it a try and let's see how it will come out alright 👍👍
Pls can u grate on ur pizza cos it looks same as homemade cheese
Yea it looks the same but the texture is different this one is soft so I don't think you can do that 😕 anyway thanks for watching dear 🙂👍
Please can i use Laban?
What's that please 😊
Do you think it would be okay to substitute cow milk for like or milk or other mills that don’t come from animals? Or does it only work with cow milk?
You can use soya beans and make your milk from soya then follow same process 👍
@@Fauziamoula amazing! thanks for replying so quickly. Awesome video
@@pac3956 You're welcome 👍😊
Pls how many lemon should I use for two big bottles of voltic? Tnx
I think the big voltic is 2 litres right or please check on bottle and see if that's the case, if you are using two bottles then use 4 lemon 👍👍alright
@@Fauziamoula thank you very much but it's 1.5litres
Can I use free milk
You mean fresh milk? Or..
Please what's the name of the leaves used traditionally for the curdling
Have forgotten the name but if you live in Ghana you can ask at our local markets from those selling leaves or wagashi and they will help you with that alright 👍
It’s Apple of sodom leaves
How do you fix sourness in wagashi
Boil with salt petre (kanwa) or just abit of bicarbonate of soda( baking soda)👍
Please is wagashi the same as mozzarella cheese?
Is different because cheese is made off heat 👍👍
Please can I use any other milk
It's either fresh cow milk or Whole milk that will make it perfect dear 🙂👍
OK thanks
Please can i uesd any types of milk
No please is either fresh cow milk or whole milk 👍
@@Fauziamoula thanks my dear
You welcome 👍😊
Where do you buy your whole milk.
Where do you live?
I live in uk so I buy mine in any supermarket
Please can I use whipping cream?
Am sorry no , it should whole milk or fresh cow milk 👍
@@Fauziamoula ah ok thanks, I used 3.5 percent fresh milk but didn't work out

@@Fauziamoula I will ooo dear
@@Fauziamoula please how do I use the leaves instead of lemon
Pls i just subscribe , nice video ,,, but is it different from tofu
I don't think so ,it looks the same but I think tofu is made with soy milk but wagashi is made with fresh cow meat/whole milk 🙂👍thanks for subscribing 👍
@@Fauziamoula but the same method
Well that I can't tell
@@Fauziamoula OK mum,thanks
Yeah the same method
I was always made to believe that, waagashi was meat from the cow's breast. I didn't know it was fried cheese. Thanks for sharing.
You welcome and thanks for watching 🙂👍
In my next line I’m marrying a northerner, I just love them okay 😂😂😂😂😂
M'kay that's watsupp 👍😅😅 thanks for watching dear 😍😘
Fauzia moula M’kay 🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️you the best
Looks like fried ricotta cheese
Is it?🙂
Yh ricotta cheese is made like that. just that I know cream is added to the milk and boiled.
Where from the grigagagagau 😂😂🤣
It's Bomubomu leaves
Hummmm sans commentaire 😢
What’s that sound she makes
And who are you asking Sir??? Am here oo🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️
So it’s save to say wagashi is similar to mozzarella cheese
Kind of 👍
Pls is it not the same as masozzrilla cheese, correct my spellings pls
With Mozzarella, you off the heat when the milk starts boiling before you add your lemon or distilled vinegar but this you add on the heat👍👍hope you understand
@@Fauziamoula yes pls thanks
You could use it without frying as cream cheese. The white people call it farmer's cheese. Check out living traditions website.
Oh yes I do sometimes use it without frying but I wanted this particular one fried 👍😊 thanks
Pls try and talk or write the ingredients on the screen
Oh me? I talk papa why you can't hear? Please check the volume I do talk 👍😕
