What I find difficult about interior design is that I stick to pictures instead of making it personal. Everything I think of comes from a magazine and says nothing about me.
Yes, you are so right. Finding the balance between designing a beautiful space and making it your own is something I struggle with too. However I never go wrong with the feeling, and how a space makes me feel. If it makes me feel calm and inspired - that's it ☺️
Go for it-you can go very vibrant and colorful, loud to designs and poppy shapes....just don't watch a Japandi-Video. It s like watching soccer and complaining about people kicking a ball!
