I heard Holland tried their best to fix and be in solution with internet out. So important being in touch with family. They must have been worried of course. ...it goes both ways for family that had medical issues to keep eye on etc. Holland I geard really tried to help with the Sim cards to use!

Yes Holland was as good as possible! We were happy the passenger got to the hospital!
