As a non native Japanese speaker i agree with whatever Hajime says
Honestly this or something along this should just be her fans' catchphrase. Whenever she asks or tells us to do something we just say "YES BOSS" and salute o7 even if we have no idea what she just said or completely misunderstood.
And when 80% of us invariably get it wrong and get a reaction out of her we just apologize "SORRY BOSS" and bow OTL.

Banchou is so much fun to listen too, I don't actually speak Japanese, but I can understand a little bit of it when there's context. Hajime is on a whole nother level though.
I think it's because she not only has her adorable accent, but also speaks in a dialect (although I don't know enough about Japanese dialects to say which it is).
So it's like she's got twice as much going on as Mikochi or Luna when it comes to being hard to understand.

Hajime japanese has very elite pronunciation but the grammar is normal. Unlike mikos elite english where both pronunciation and grammar are very elite

I'm probably wrong about this, but I think Hajime just likes to talk fast and quick, which causes her words to slur.
She can speak a lot more clearer, but she has to talk real slow and calm, which seems pretty hard for her to keep up for long, especially when she's nervous.

I can't speak Japanese. I know maybe 30-50 words. I do know what Japanese sounds like, though, and whatever Banchou speaks does not sound much like Japanese. Even Elite Japanese sounds more like Japanese to my ears.
