4:3 display and they put the d-pad on the bottom....at this point, Anbernic is purposely making their devices imperfect so that they can justify selling a new device every few months. Moves like this have me looking elsewhere.
No they put it there for gamecube and ps2. Definitely easier to play retro game on dpad down than playing analog centric game on stick placed on the bottom. It's great for gamecube, ps2 (80%) is nicely small and portable. And it has new joysticks that are finally good and accurate. I don't get it, there are nice, powerful, dpad centric devices called Retroid Pocket.
I thought this was selling for $185 USD. IMO it's not powerful enough to justify the price
At that price it is better to go for rp5
its like 165 usd though?
@@CyzerR001it’s cheaper rn
It’s on sale and it’ll go on a bigger sale later so just don’t buy msrp price
@@thematrix2661Exactly.
Should still have another RG Arc coming
It’s true, no OLED…no good. I mean adding OLED is not that expensive anymore.
No 4in oled screens available.
does it have bypass charging??
Is this dual os?

exactly, this is what anbernic been doing since day 1 actually
Stick placement is a win on this device.....stick placement on the RP5 was a big miss imo
@@y2kcurranAgreed! One of the main reasons I decided to pass on the RP5 and just go with the Odin 2 Mini instead.
There's the ones that prefer PS format, and ones that prefer Xbox/GC/Switch format
D-pad sucks
