Hi Sonnet! I love the market sign! Anvil is a great color, you chose perfect graphics, and your patience painting three coats of white really paid off. This is one that looks great without distressing!
The sign is gorgeous. I understand you wanting to keep it. Best wishes for your daughter this evening ❤❤❤❤. Don't apologize because they grow up so fast. She will do great!!!
Sonnet you always inspire me! Love the large MARKET sign and the wording that you added...I did once see someone put lettering about a butcher next to an image of young girls though 🤣🤣🤣and yes I sent a PM immediately!
You always have such beautiful ideas! Love the crock.... You can probably take the marker off of the bottom with either a magic eraser or hand sanitizer!
Yes, your priorities are there ! I'm an empty nester and those times are embedded in your kids minds and yours too. Thinking right now makes a flood of memories pop up of all the swim meets/cheerleader events etc. ❤ You have truly opened me up to wanting to try these!! I ordered from Aunt Beas Attic because of you!! Sorry, forgot to do it so you got the credit though 😢😢
I had fun putting some of the fairies transfers on an old binocular case in late fall. It is not sold yet but is so pretty. Love the look of the transfer on that dark enamel! Yes, of course don’t miss a game!
Fun flips! Love that transfer book of flowers! You week sounds busy as usual! Have a great time this weekend! I’m really looking forward to all the details for Octobers event! ❤
I don’t think I can really pick a favorite! Isn’t that Lover of Flowers transfers the best!! Mine is almost used up! I just love the rose you put on the granite ware lid (is that what that’s called???). I would have never thought of that…but it’s so cool!!❤️💕🌸
Did I see correctly that you did a 4 hour live a couple of days ago?????? Good Greif! I'm wondering if you've ever gone to Round Top Texas?.....It's an amazing place with mind blowing .....well, everything. Have fun at the retreat.
Random question…do I remember correctly you having large envelopes for your IOD transfers? The plastic sleeves mine came in are falling apart and I’m looking for a way to store them and I think I remember you using some when you were organizing your studio? Maybe?
Is there any benefit to using more than one coat of Big Top? I like my projects to be bomb-proof, but if a second coat doesn’t make a difference I don’t want to waste it.
Are you selling iron orchid designs? I want the new it’s the mercantile design it has the grain sack lines I love it I will order if you have it thanks
Do you have any tips or tricks on how to remove the permanent marker price tag that was written on the bottom on your crock. There is a local thrift store that is notorious for writing with permanent maker and if the item is even a little porous, I have a heck of a time trying to get it off.
So happy to hear that you're smart enough to not miss you daughter's game! Family always comes first!
I agree! 😊
It's amazing how you can transform a simple item into a beautiful piece of art just by adding a transfer!! Thank you for sharing

Keep the sign if you love it.🖤🖤🖤

Great ideas! 😊

I have the plastic sleeves for the 12x12 stamps, but I’m currently looking for something similar for the Transfers. 😊
Is there any benefit to using more than one coat of Big Top?
I like my projects to be bomb-proof, but if a second coat doesn’t make a difference I don’t want to waste it.
The only reason I would put an extra coat of Big Top was if the project was going outside or if it was a high traffic piece like tables. 😊
Love them all❤#replay
Thank you Penny! 😊
What transfer did you use for the binocular case?
It’s called Label Ephemera, but it has been retired.

Yes it’s on my website: www.sonnetsgardenblooms.com

What a great transformation on that uniquely shaped sign!
I would keep the sign and get rid of something you've had for awhile. It is so wonderful.

Would rubbing alcohol work?
Sanitizer will do the trick
Sometimes using rubbing alcohol, acetone or a magic eraser can take off the permanent marker.

Who knew a binocular case could be used as decor? My dad had binoculars in a similar case.
I know right?!?😊
