    IF and Excerise not only generates high amount of human growth hormone but also increases protein metabolic rate and carbohydrate metalbolic rate significantly for a longer period of time. That is exactly the reason why any infection moles or cancerous cell are immediately consumed and repair while exercising on IF.

    One comment is to give the reasoning behind why certain exercises are not recommended for IF types? Like OMAD, do not do FIIT.

    Good morning what type of work out does planks fall under? I'll be doing the one meal a day if along with planks. You definitely have helped me on taking care of myself better and I've gained a lot of knowledge and understanding through your videos. Thanks for all the videos I really appreciate them all.❤️❤️

      Planks fall under pilates/ strength training

      Plank is what's called an isometric exercise. Which means your not moving any muscle but still contracting it. With plank you're contracting your core.
      It depends on how you incorporate this exercise into your workout. I'd say you can't categorise this exercise as HIIT or strength.

    Hi, I love all your videos. You explain everything so well. I do gym 4 x per week for 90mins each session, and I sweat alot. Could you talk about electrolytes sometime. I put a pinch of desert salt in my black coffee, but Im not sure how much I can have per day. Kind regards Dianne

    Hi Sir ..i heard during IF we should keep our body hydrated always. Can you please tell what is the right time to take water to maintain hydration.
    I mean "feasting period or Fasting " which is Best Sir

      Hey, drinking water during fasting doesn't break your fast. So you can consume water during both fasting and feasting periods.

      Hey, this totally depends on you and your body. Some people look at IF as a lifestyle while others fast as and when they feel like it.
      Some people even follow a pattern where they fast for a few days of the week and eat normally for the others. So in conclusion its up to you and you body, if you feel like taking a break then go ahead :)
