So healthy to hear this especially after seeing so much on social media about women in their 20s getting botox and fillers and veneers. Such madness. Sadie, you are a breath of fresh air and common sense.

In today's world, unfortunately, there is an absurd obsession with image... I find it so ridiculous that people in this mortal world are so obsessed with appearance and beauty. If people were to focus on their inner world and do things that develop their souls instead of being so busy with their external images, the world would be a different place. ..Mine is a hopeless expectation!

You are perfectly normal, your body is clearly healthy and yet you (us girls, any size that is not the victoria's secret one) are talking about being in a body not fitting society just because the beauty standard is set on an impossible model. Now THAT is unhealthy, not having some kg more than people are all "supposed" to. The beauty culture is sick the way it is now. Btw you rock! Greetings from Rome.

It seems like people r to much into body image. How many of.us that have known someone that was absolutely beautiful. But the inside was ugly to others. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I dont.like myself at the moment.because i am overweight. And healthwise for me.it.is on.the side of unhealthly.
I totally agree with that! I’ve known people where their beauty can’t cover up their ugliness inside… as for the weight, baby steps! Maybe I can share some recipes I’ve been making lately that have been helping me with my slight alterations. Let me know if you would be interested in that! 🙂
