Just to let you know this exercise works my waist is getting smaller I am losing wait my whole body tingles feels like I am losing wait and toning up evenly ….thanks to you with this video I am 68 going to be 69 end of July I feel great ❤
@@sireeshakondepudi5003 well I do this exercise every day but also I drink small glass with apple cider vinegar in morning also coffee with cinnamon only one or 2 in the morning cinnamon brings your metabolism up and in the evening I drink like a tea with 1/2 tsp Turmeric it your metabolism up you can have small squares of 70 present chocolates per day eat regular meat not to much pasta ,don’t go hungry…as for the exercise do it and meditate as concentrated on your stomach behind belly button breath in but you are tightening your stomach this exercise tighten your waist and stomach just lesson and concentrate and meditate you really get into it ..believe me it works now all body are different for me in 2 months I was noticing a difference I was given so many compliments as how I lose weight and tone up it encourages you to keep on doing it and when I can’t do it in the morning I miss it so I try to find a way to get it in hey it is only 20 minutes a day .Qigong exercise is great you can work on any part of you body you feel so great …this was the best exercise I have ever done in my whole life I am 69 yr I’ve been told I don’t look my age ..I really hope I was able to help you
Hi, I have been studying and practicing QiGong for over a year now, am 65 yrs. and have had some left shoulder pain for over a month. I did your workout this morning and my shoulder pain is gone!! I am really amazed at this. My left side of my nose and jaw congestion also has been mostly cleared. I was a gymnast and athletic, and thinking that I really need to incorporate moves as you have here more into my life. I am curious to any thoughts and suggestions you may have, especially what healed my left side!! This is wonderful and I truly appreciate it!! 🙏😊🤗💖
I practise yoga and walk regularly, but my body is still very tight and painful, especially in my shoulders and I have developed belly fat as I enter my 40s. I can feel that this practise will help me in ways that I need at this time in my life. I am so grateful I found your videos.

I recently took up Qi Cong and, although I now practice it daily as well as yoga, I was rather dubious about a session that could make me lose weight, having already tried with yoga, pilates and others. However, after 20 minutes of class, I felt an inner warmth, as if my metabolism had been awakened and activated. Time will tell if this is the right path for me, but one thing's for sure: I'm going to make this class part of my regular practice from now on.😊😊

In the morning is a great way to start the day but you can also practice in the evening to help you wind down form the day and fall asleep more easily and deeply. You don't want to be too hungry or too full to practice so make sure you've digested your food enough if you have eaten. Please let us know if you have any other questions. This routine is wonderful. I run it slowed down to 75% speed and it's even better!
