Not to mention be partner to grow the company. You know that job was not paying partner salary, probably a ridiculously low salary so they don’t have to pay out!
for me there is too much of an emphasis to 'be productive' who the hell cares about justifying yourself or your actions to other people like why do you care.
@@dominickay5968being “productive” is not about anyone but yourself! It’s about finding ways to ease your boredom which may bring on depression or stress! It’s essential to be productive while unemployed!
Oh yeah 100% like right now I just got back from a 5k run I have been doing that every day. There is no excuses now for me not to look after myself and to exercise so I am finding this time being unemployed although a financial struggle its a blessing that I am able to gain perspective over what I want in the next chapter in life. What I want to do in the remainder of my 30 year career and focus more on thinks like reading as well. After working my ass off for the last 10 years for other people I now have time to think what I want. Where do I want to live? Where to I want to raise my future children? (the answer to that for me is Alaska) Also being open to change is interesting. I am having some of the best conversations with people currently because I am learning so much about myself as cliché as that sounds! How are you finding that?@@lexalee5795
to the last clip guy: my bro, no need to be *GRATEFUL* to the gov for the unemployment money. You literally pay into that program as part of the taxation system +++ some... if anything just be grateful to yourself because that is money you earned all on your own. And I think the unemployment amounts are a slap in the face. Here in California, maximum weekly benefit is $450.00 and back during covid when I was laid off temporarily I was earning like $2k per week. so yes, while helpful it did not completely cover my rent, car payment, insurance, food, etc...
If they offer a severance package at the verge of a layoff, expect half of what is offered because the other half is devoured. By what you ask? Taxes! 😳 Yes........Taxes! 😲
That killakay one like… no one acts like this. Kinda irks me. I respect tf out of my friends employment time and I don’t just lie around playing v games all day ☠️
On unemployment now it's very peaceful and the recovery is much needed after working 10 years non stop we all could use 6 mos off 😅 plus it helps to have your girlfriends mother move in and charge her the full rent of the house hahaha I guess I'm lucky
That's insane that employers ask you to not have a work life balance. The audacity. If I ever when I win a big lottery I'm ghosting so fast.
SAME HERE WITH ME

i am unemployed at the moment and i enjoy it so much. i recover so much from my last jobs 😇
Even when I'm unemployed, I'm still productive. You can use your creativity and find ways to earn income by doing things you love to do. lol

Unless you're a psychopath, things you love and things that make money are usually completely different categories.
"If you're broke, it's nobody's fault but yours" noooo 😂
