      Exactly these cheap greedy CEO POS would be nothing if it wasn't for the people that worked for them, that is why they need to be constantly trying to find news ways to whip people and keep them in chains. Only Rich CEO and Politicians can live a lavish life off the backs of the people that work for them so they need to come up with schemes to keep their lifestyles going. So, while you have to break into you kids piggy bank to buy some groceries they are having feasts from the money you earned them and the income tax they stole from your hard earned pay. I say why strive for a 40-50% unemployment , why to not just go all the way to 100%. F$%k these rich C^%ts.

      I completely agree with you about the bosses should be lucky to have you. You are the ones
      that work damn hard to get a good education and qualifications at your own expense and prolonged debt repayments but that’s not enough for bosses to show you respect. The mindset of bosses is that hard workers like yourself and many others is that you are two a penny and should be grateful to even be considered for a job. My daughter worked hard for her two degrees but even working at a university she and others were treated appallingly.

    The CEOs talking about lower productivity with WFH are full of 💩. I work way longer hours at home . And because I’m not thinking about my commute, Im not working around a specific schedule. Im in Europe and work a lot with people in the west coast of the USA. They’re available for meetings very early, sometimes 6:30 AM and Im often working well into the evening. This is because we’re not burnt out with lengthy commutes and unhealthy office environments. There’s no way any of us would do those hours in the office. The only thing an office environment is good for is collaboration, otherwise it’s a noisy and distracting place, where no one is happy with the temperature.

    So gross how these people feel absolutely entitled to labor. Labor is “human resource” right? So they should understand when resources cost more. I don’t see them telling fossil fuels & the electricity company to just “show up, be positive, give us cheap power bills ,for now, because it will get better”

    • @RARochester
      @RARochester 10 месяцев назад

      This attitude is why you'll be replaced; fossil fuels don't call out sick or make demands, you work for an employer in exchange for your time. Whatever the employer demands then you do OR go work someplace else. The employers don't owe you a thing. This attitude is why employers invest in AI, technology and robotics because the entitlement of the millennials especially is such that employers will lay their a$$ off while " importing " labor from other countries such India and China to name two...........

    • @tyturner7110
      @tyturner7110 10 месяцев назад

      @@RARochester they were already going to do this… it doesn’t matter how good the employees are if there is cheaper labor to be found. That’s capitalism baby. Profit over people.
      Funny how boomers and early Gen X will shit on millennials work ethic even though , with the advent of internet, we are twice as productive than any generation before us. Then have the nerve to talk about AI & overseas labor when they voted against immigration laws because “the illegals are stealing our jobs”. Can’t steal what’s being given away.

  • @LucasFernandez-fk8se
    @LucasFernandez-fk8se 10 месяцев назад +77

    The last woman is wrong. Turnover costs companies billions a year. The CEOs are just idiots stuck in an abundant labor mindset. Labor is not abundant because
    1) they didn’t pay people enough to have many children
    2) they no longer pay young people enough to rent an apartment or buy a house .
    This means fewer young people entering the labor force as old people retire. If they’d paid more there’d be more youth today. AND it means that the young people today aren’t dependent on a job for living. If you can’t afford rent or a mortgage then you live with your parents Aka you can quit at ANY TIME. Companies are going to have to pay us more to be dependent on them. Currently young people are dependent on mom and dad. Mom and dad are the only people who can abuse us. Employers can’t. If they want to abuse us they have to pay us enough to leave our parents homes

    While 70yrs ago a whole family could live off and average salary. That's just bogus.

But still a good man. Companies will take and take and take and take.
