They forced employees to work 12+ hour days, work on holidays, and didn't even get paid extra for the hours we worked.
    Zero Christmas bonus either.
Employees who got hired on or came in through temp agencies, were basically lied to. People came in expecting X pay with X hours, and either were forced to work hours over and on holidays or be fired. Even parents who had children that needed picked up or cared for.

The staggering $5 million annual salary of this corporate executive is indeed noteworthy, but perhaps equally concerning is the purportedly low emotional intelligence displayed by this woman. Unfortunately, this is a recurring issue within corporate America where a small group of high-level executives commandeer the lion's share of the compensation, leaving the remaining employees to divide up the scraps. In fact, recent estimates suggest that the compensation ratio between CEOs and workers in the United States has reached a staggering 398.8 to 1 in 2021. This trend effectively allows top executives to amass wealth at the expense of ordinary workers who are left to toil tirelessly for comparatively meager wages.

This will continue, all across the country, until it can't anymore. Our economic system demands growth. Like a dragon occupying a city and bleeding it dry of its wealth. More gold, peasants.

I see people yelling "boycott the company!" unfortunately, that doesn't do the people trying to get a bonus any good. If they have a 10-20% drop in sales, they definitely won't be getting a bonus. It won't hurt the CEO one bit, she's already gotten her money and if they fire her because of this, she will probably get a nice golden parachute on her way out the door. Everyone loses but her.

She should have cut her $5million salary and over $1million bonus that she alone took, and used some of that money to give your employees their bonuses. No more apologies that mean nothing and change nothing. People want action. The company says that the 90 second clip is taken out of context, but it's really not.
