What part would affect the wage gap? I’m promoting work/life balance for all architects, regardless of gender. Having a healthy balance should not affect your income. I’m an example of a woman architect who has a very healthy work life balance and makes over 6 figures. Health doesn’t have to be sacrificed for money and vice versa. That’s a limiting belief that keeps people sick and broke.
