Omg…Bryn! Thanks so much for this episode. These types of conversations need more often. I totally identify with you, keep listening to your instincts is always the way to go🙏🥰 Loooove my journey on mind over ARE. Back on 2022, now I'm proud to say that after your course i had my baby that just turn one year old last January and i had my PjM last November. I failed it but still keep up the hard work for CE, no loosing my faith that is possible. Just not given up. this video 🙌🏾thanks so much, i recall your stamen "the chaos of taking ARE" that's the mantra that keeps me on the mood to keep working and don't give up🙏 ❤❤❤❤THANKS SO MUCH TOR THIS VIDEO🥰🙏❤❤❤ your forever Fan here: ❤Alicia🥰❤
You have no idea how much I needed this and how I can relate so deeply. I am a female architect and business owner trying to figure out the path away from burnout as well. Thank you.
I can relate to this because when my father died I took over to run his big construction firm. I cant believe I had hives all over my face arms and legs. I dont want to look my face on the mirror.
@@BYoungDesign thank god not anymore. that was 10 years ago. I dont recommend taking antihistamin because i took them for 5 years and im wearing glasses now. Also I have ibs and took colonoscopy. I think those are related to stress. Another thing is my family construction business collapsed because my father's partner was corrupt.
Thank you, that was impressive, as is your work with BDesign and the ARE.. This, also, is a part of the process. Give it time; let your mind and body process what yoúve done. Yoúll see this as just another stepping stone. Wish you the best. Btw, this happens to everyone in everything we do (especially when you are passionate about it)
Great video! I’m sure this will be very relatable with many of your listeners as it was for me. I guess life is a dance of discovering what aligns with us and what doesn’t. It takes a lot of bravery to put yourself first to be able to show up the best for others. Bravo! 🙌🏼
Hi ~ I’m with you* do less and you are still, unequivocally magnificent and worthy. The flowers have a season to bloom and there is day and night, one cannot be ‘on’ and ‘do’ all the time. First, I must congratulate you for all your efforts, work with love and for the award! Take it easy and give yourself the time, only you know, you need ~ to recuperate energy and stasis.
This is EXACTLY how I've been feeling, thank you for this.
🙏
Thank you for sharing ❤ this resonates so much.
You are so welcome 🤗

Wow really?? It’s so crazy when it happens. Our bodies sometimes know so much more than we do. Are you still dealing with them?

I don’t find what you did surprising, as it seems like something anyone could do.
Which part of what I did? The burning out?
