Thanks for the review video. I ordered the machine and absolutely love it. Coffee tastes great!
I'm glad you enjoy your coffee machine. 😀
Very helpful. Thank you.
Great! I'm glad I could help. I love my Tchibo machine, one of the best things I ever bought. 😃
Just made a purchase using your Amazon link. Hope I like it!
Great, thanks for your support! I hope you like the coffee machine as much as I do. 😃
Before u buy u have to know that the grinder sometimes malfunctions and it grinds some coffe into the pot underneath. This can lead to quite some loss in the caffee that u use. You have to clean it on a daily basis it get very dirty. Also depending on your water u might need to do scaling more often than the machine tells you ,I hope i was beign helpful
Is the grinder removable to clean?
@@jsakai6524 I don't think so
Is this more for a full coffee cup or espresso
Works for both. It has an espresso button, a regular size coffee button, and a large size coffee button. It's a really nice machine, I use it every day. 😃
I am considering this machine, but my husband drinks regular and I drink decaf. Is it easy to remove beans from the bean grinding area, and can the grinder be removed to clean?
Unfortunately, it's not so easy to switch beans. I always wait until the beans are empty before I start with different beans. If you can figure out how many beans are used for a cup of coffee, you can only insert that amount, and after that use different beans. But there will always be some beans left when you start with the other cup of coffee. It's probably only a good idea if you don't mind getting a few of the other beans mixed with your coffee.
Can you make just a plain black coffee without the creama?
If you want a plain black coffee you need a filter machine. You won't get that with a bean-to-brew machine. Of course you can reduce the amount of crema depending on the coffee beans you use.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem of the machine not emptying a compressed coffee after each use??
I am waiting on a response from customer service but have not heard anything yet.
I have only had this machine for about 10 months and I have loved it but now it seems to be on the fritz!!😢
Oh no, that's unfortunate. Did you get a response from customer service yet? My machine is still working great, I hope it'll be like that for a very long time.
Yes!! Rep emailed me a return shipping label-said it will be fixed or replaced and most likely replaced. I hope it’s a good turnout.
Every one lists easy cleaning as a con for this, I have had mine for about 2 years .....Cleaning is a pain, there are so many nooks and crannies inside that even the brush wont get to, it reccomends cleanning once a week, I reccomend once a day otherwise maggots will grow in the wet mess inside.
Did you contact customer service asking how to deep clean the coffee machine? I think cleaning the machine is easy but probably doesn't get it clean enough. A deep cleaning once in a while seems necessary.
Two years. Cleaning it inside every few months and no maggots at all. Only a bit of mold in the used coffee tray. Which I clean every few days.
Is there a way to easily change beans from the hopper - if you want to change from French Roast to Decaf for example?
Not really. I always wait until they're empty before changing to different beans. Only thing you could do is figure out how many beans are needed for a cup of coffee and always add that amount. That's actually the only thing I don't like about a bean-to-brew coffee machine, using different beans is not very easy.
