Big Browns in high water, Fly fishing South Island NZ

Bad lead up weather finds myself and Danish client Kresten Ovesen going on a mission to find fishable water after a big flood last year put a dent in the fishing for a few days. A spot was chosen, and all things considered, had some really good fishing. Here are some highlights filmed when the intermittent rain allowed. One or two really good fish made the adventure a memorable one.
(It helps that Kresten is an accomplished angler who likes to net his own fish, allowing me to get some film on occasion...)
