Hi Dr Jake ,The reason that your car tyre pressure appears to be dropping is because the TPMS sensor battery is starting to fail and unfortunately the battery cannot be replaced and you will need a new TPMS sensor. They cost around £30.00 and then you have to pay for fitting and programming to your vehicle. Hope this helps . Regards Terry Bates.
I suppose this would be handy. Get a puncture put the spare on (if you're lucky enough to have one) but not topped it up for ages. Change the wheel and top it up!!

I have a tire inflator that is 3-4 times the size, but it also has other functions like an emergency broadcast radio, cooling fan, and hand crank for manual charging the battery. 💪🏽
I keep looking at these and then not buying. How long does it take to top up a couple of points in a car tyre? Do you think it is accurate? Thanks for the review!

Probably about 30 seconds. I do think it’s accurate., yes. Need to keep it charged between uses
