I have watched few of your videos. They are really good but I think you see the world as constantly getting validated from girls and dating. Hence we should do this 4-5 steps formula and so you will be liked and get laid. It is best when our sense of worth comes from ourselves and not from someone's approval whether they think we are good looking and charming or not. We should do this 4-5 step formula to be a better version of yourself and feel confident of yourself irrespective of what others think of yourself
no thats where i get SOME of my confidence from. u may think that where i get all from bc thats the only thing i post about bc thats the main thing im trying to help guys get. you get confidence from things you are good at.
