Hey, so it's been about 3 years since I made this video, and I just want to say some things. I made this as Freshman in High School. I didn't know SHIT about Music. I made this on a whim because Steven Universe was hugely popular at the time, this song was exploding on almost all spheres of the internet (at least, those where I dwelt), and no one had made a Synthesia tutorial yet. So, me with my year experience in FL Studio and rudimentary understanding of MIDI, fulfilled the Gap, expecting it to fulfill peoples needs for a couple days until someone more experienced than me inevitably came along. Roll around to about a week later, and this video's climbing up to about 50,000 views, and I know I'm in deep shit. I know this tutorial's bad, I've known it's bad since I posted it. Your comments telling me it sounds off are unhelpful at best. I'm aware. Thankfully, as I knew would happen, someone much more experienced than me did come along, and did make a better tutorial than me; a few people actually. Go watch those instead. This video never should have gotten as many views as it did, and like everything from everyone's freshman year, ever, was a mistake.
The part where Garnet starts to sing is a little off but when it's down to chorus it's good. Keep up the work. Can you also make some more from Steven Unvierse? THANKS!
The " And I'm Stronger than you" lyric is supposed to be Eb-Eb-C#-Eb-F-Eb. Play it next to middle C and check it out. I know you said this software made it sound off, and it would be remedied by actually playing it on the piano. But to be honest, a bit of the right hand is off completely. Like for example when you hit the lyrics "Go ahead and try to hit me if your able..." etc, the notes here are completely weird, and barely sounds like the actual singing melody. I could say that about some other parts too. Not trying to dock you for it though, this sounds nice as well. Just wanted to clear a couple things up for everyone else if they're confused.

I actually didn't think this was that bad when I first found it. I was just like "Praise the good lord Jesus, I found a piano version". I'm a lot better at piano now and I can verify that this is actually not the best, it's very monotone, missing notes, but otherwise fulfills its purpose.

For those who are complaining about the notes being wrong, maybe try to adjust the right hand notes. The left hand notes might already be fine and don't need adjusting, and the right hand notes are easy to change so good luck if you're going to try this.
Dashie Danger I'm not concerned with the quality, his arrangement is just bad. When arranging a song with lyrics it's a bad move to assume they are just a few droning notes, rather than expanding them into actual melodic patterns.

I would have thought the green ones here are the sounds your supposed to hit with your voice singing to make it a duet between the music and the vocals. But this is still pretty neat nonetheless :3
