@@kumbhafrey2653 usually when you go to the website it automatically takes you to the import media window. I've found that if you exit out of that and click on import media again and then paste the link it works. Hope that helps

So 3 things, either the app currently doesn't work as intended, youtube has cracked down on them and created a way to obscure video urls to avoid their use, or this is a scam app, i honestly can't determine which it is but the second option seems the least likely.
Actually there might be a 4th option for this weird import feature. It seems to only be able to take music videos where the music from the artist exists on itunes or another platform, maybe it's just being flatout stolen or it goes through some system on RUclips that determines it's copyrighted material. Doesn't work for any covers that aren't already listed on a steaming platform.

Do you mean you can't find how to detach the audio? It's very easy! Simply right-click your video, select Detach Audio, and you'll have two separate tracks - one for video and one for audio.
