Uncle Greg has to tell his niece, Lori, a bedtime story but doesn't know any of the traditional ones. He uses his knowledge of movies, in this case, "Halloween", to deliver. His misremembering and interpretation of events seem to twist the story into parody. Lacking any form of parental skills, he fumbles through the movie forgetting sometimes that he is telling this to a child.
Please enjoy our recap of this film. Our reaction to scenes are solely based on the writing and how the plot could have been better. Plot holes are pointed out and made to be funny. We actually do like the movie.

Halloween is one of my favorite horror movies, but I definitely enjoy a comical review or recap. One thing I noticed that most reviewers never seem to catch on: When Laurie goes across the street, she enters though the open door to the kitchen in the back of the house. She's compelled to go upstairs after hearing a noise, as the events play out, she's back downstairs in the kitchen where the doors are now locked from the outside with a rake. 🤔 HOW did Michael get downstairs past Laurie to rig the kitchen door with the rake FROM THE OUTSIDE, get back inside the house, and back upstairs in order to wait in the dark room just in time for Laurie's reaction to the gruesome murder scene? Teleportation is NOT an excuse... even though it probably is. 🤣

I was laughing so hard that you mentioned that. We did this review 3 years ago and just rereleased it this year with a few changes, but we were going to do a compilation of Halloween ones we've done. But I got to invested in changing the jokes, which included a huge rant about that scene. We ran out of time to get it out, so we will put it out next October, but I swear no seems to have a problem with that moment and it drives me nuts. If you haven't checked out our other Halloween recap's, you should. Our Ends is pretty thorough.
