Hello @marshabner7731 🌟 I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the translation of the video. The video is in English and the translation was done using Artificial Intelligence, although I edited it as I do not master the English language, there may be moments in the video in which the audio and video are not perfectly synchronized, but I thought it would be a good way to give my English-speaking followers something more understandable. If you want to see the original videos with perfectly synchronized audio, I recommend searching for "Efficient Swimming" in Spanish. You will be able to enjoy the original audio with precisely synchronized English subtitles. 😊👍
This is an excellent video with a step-by-step detailed explanation of the backstroke. Thank you very much. Could you also please upload a video demonstrating freestyle swimming breathing techniques, particularly emphasizing how to breathe while keeping one eye submerged in water?
Hi , happy New 🆕 year 2024 I have fallowed this very happy to hear good technic Please I need freestyle and butterfly and breaststroke too In fact I know all the stroke , but I need to correct my stroke by your guidelines please Thanks for your support
Rafa, so strange to hear your video in American rather than Espanol..... One point I have never heard in any back stroke video is about why it is so difficult to get your top side shoulder out of the water, while with freestyle it is easy. Finally figured it out. With freestyle, your shoulders are on top of the water to begin with, while with back stroke, your shoulders are down deeper in the water. If you don't extend your shoulder as your arm goes to the vertical point, it never comes out of the water, so there is more drag. A slightly deeper pull also helps that. Also, if you use a bent arm recover, your shoulder can not come up out of the water. We swim this stroke considerably different, but I will agree that it is huge in helping your freestyle.
This is made by AI and its sync is not good.
