    Recipe for 1 liter
    (55kcal/100g)
    Ingredients:
    750ml sparkling wine (750g)
    250ml water (250g)
    1 tsp sugar (10g)
    25 sweet woodruff blossoms (20g)
    ½ lemon (juice) (40g)
    Ice cubes
    Preparation method:
    - Mix the sweet woodruff blossoms with the water and sugar and cover it, leave it to rest for 24h at room temperature.
    - Pass the liquid through a sieve into a glass bowl to remove the blossoms.
    - Add the lemon juice, ice cubes and at the end the sparkling wine, serve immediately.
    You can add some small cubes of season fruits to colour up your punch.
    Preparation time: 5min
    Start to Finish: 24h 5min
    Shelf life:
    The punch tastes best right away, you can keep the punch in the fridge for about 2-3 days (but the sparkling will be gone soon).
