It is absolutely not psychoactive, unless of course you count a blood thinner as psychoactive.
Are you thinking of wormwood, used in absinthe? Thujone is mildly psychoactive, woodruff is not.
Amazing color. I will use it with our woodruff herbs from the garden to bake a strawberry cake on top of a germ dough.
