How To Easily Make Sweet Woodruff (Waldmeister) Syrup

A video by Connor M. Anderton. Here's a quick and easy recipe for Sweet Woodruff (Waldmeister) syrup for drinks and desserts.
Note : Contains coumarin, which is a blood-thinner in high amounts, and although the studies are unfounded and it is believed that this is not an issue as the metabolic pathways are different in humans, it has caused liver issues in rats and mice in huge amounts (amounts too large to be of concern when it comes to this syrup). Use sparingly, as the flavour is very strong, anyway.
