They were doing a quick change backstage at a show for their last few songs-there wasn't any1 there holding a flashlight to help guide them back onstage when they were done so when they ran out-Kelly ran into the end of a guardrail and broke the last 2 toes on her right foot. She finished out the show in pain not knowing she'd broken them
When it was over she ripped off her shoe and her toes were swolllen and as she described "just dangling " there. She went str8 from stage to hospital. They gave her a big ugly boring cast that she had to wear for upcoming shows so to spruce it up, Solange and Tina Knowles bedazzled it for her. Kelly would perform half the show standing up and sitting down. Solange, being the backup dancer-was put in Kelly's spot so the 3rd slot wouldn't appear empty onstage. Watch how they finessed these movements via the VH1 Vogue Fashion Awards during their 1st major Televised performance of Independent Women.

She’s the most talented vocalist. Her technique in vocal projection and resonance outclasses the other two, beyonce is a mezzo soprano opera singer in disguise! She is amazing like that

She is and has always been louder!? Where have yall been and why is it an issue now?! They all know their roles and the reason why are number 1...She is the lead singer as they all have stated in several interviews. She has always put her Beyonce' vocals (runs, riffs, long note, etc) in almost every song before this. But now she is singing too loud!?
You guys are the ones who keep singling them out by bragging one singer over the others and throwing shade at Beyonce' for her doing the exact same thing she has always done. They dont single each other out its you guys. They are a group and Beyonce' is lead singer. Michelle and Kelly are good at their positions and strong vocally in their range, but beyonce' is power...and has been since she was young. Thats how she is or was able to win singing competitions with singers twice her age.
If yall would stop trying to cause drama or make Beyonce out to be the bad guy then yall can see that the other two are comfortable in their positions and know they are all strong in the roles they are in and the reason why they are number one.
