He needs to be removed. He was one of the men who blocked the entry for a Black Alderman to vote and is now at a protest with a flag burning. No respect for anything or anyone.

As a Veteran, I find this deeply offensive; I fought for the flag that he burned! And for him to be allowed to keep his position speaks to the disrespect and lack of pride in our Country. He and everyone who voted for him to stay in office should be voted OUT of office! People like this in POWER is what’s wrong with America!

I’m a Chicagoan, living just fine. I vote for people who care about people from all backgrounds, individuals with compassion and empathy for people because character matters. Individuals with new ideas and actually give thought on solutions to social problems. This is America big brother to the world and if we are big brother we care about our little brothers of the world as well. America, the country of broad shoulders. “Give us your weak and your poor” the nation of compassion even though we have skeletons in our own closet we are still dealing with we still strive to be better. You’re better when you care about your fellow human beings vs selfishness and fear mongering. But even this positive message I just wrote will trigger people, and the ones who would be triggered by this post is the type of person I wouldn’t vote for. Because how can it upset you talking about caring about people.

I would like to order a number 1 as well but like most people, I can't afford it. Groceries, gas, rent, mortgage and most family expenses have skyrocketed since covid and our government keeps giving it away. I mean are you ok with Mayor Johnson spending so much on migrants? Many of your fellow Chicagoans don't appreciate their tax money being spent on such things. It's their money to, not just yours. Don't their opinions count?

I have seen as of late Chicagoans getting "triggered" over their elected officials use of tax money to accommodate migrants. There are enough homegrown social problems in Chicago to throw money at.
