I thought Natsuki was very relaxed and I really enjoyed this side of him. When he is with Chris is trying to be silly.... here he was just a cool sweet guy showing a friend around! Don’t get me wrong, I love his silly antics, but this video really made him real, does that make sense?

Natsuki's wife is a legend, letting him go and fart around with Chris all the time.
I heard her say in an video by Chris that she actually wish for him to relax more often because he works so hard.
If I remember correctly, she’s always on him about relaxing more and not working so hard.
I'd say any partner who loves you should be happy you found good friends - especially seeing how much Natsuki loves western countries.
A day with Sharla and Natsuki is guaranteed to be a delight, and his haircutting skills are fantastic!

Never thought jellyfish and lo-fi hip-hop would go so well together!
Those stray hairs can happen from wearing your hair up in the same position too frequently and it can cause breakage. It helps to switch between a high pony one day, a low braid another, etc, so the hair isn’t always being put under the same pressure! Currently dealing with this now since I can’t quit my top knot😭😭😭
Omg yes it’s such a bad habit, especially in the summer when I want my hair off my face always😭😭
I’m pretty sure I’m actually permanently bald at the worst tension points from my “mum bun” I’m 32 ladies. My hair was my pride and joy!! :( look after your manes!!!
@@Aal-2447 I'm 29 and started losing my hair from dry shampoo and mom buns lol, I started taking a multi-collagen peptide powder (in my coffee!) And my hairline is growing in more full than it was before the loss. I swear by it!

But how hot it is actually? I ask because I am from a tropical country and you we are used to go out with 25 -28 degrees outside and humidity is from 80%-100%. Is Japan like that?

Sharla, your videos help me get through stressful days at work. I know that these videos might be a pain to edit sometimes, but I truly enjoy them. A cup of tea and a Sharla video is a great time.

This was really cool. I found you via you and Chris's collabs, and have only seen a handful of his videos but I like the vibe you have on your channel. You're very positive, insightful and funny. I always love seeing Natsuke, he's a really positive hard working dude and it's awesome that we get to see him during his very rare downtime, or away from the salon.

I think “a week in my life” is great. The “are you going to ask me out?” Comment was funny! Loving the stationary website. And that tool that Natsuki used is really cool. Your hair looked fab! Also, the jellyfish exhibit was amazing!
Week in the life is pretty cool! It means that you focus on the best parts of each day. It makes the video seem more polished with less of a lull between events.
I totally relate to the “too hot so I’m not going outside”. Today has 91% humidity...my cat Katniss doesn’t mind though 😊 she loves snuggle days!

2nd: That Angel Hair treatment is exactly what I need next time I go. My hair was so uncontrollable last time I went to Japan. Ugh! And I live in a high humidity area (Georgia, US) so I'm not sure why it was misbehaving so much. I'll definitely be seeing Natsuki for an Angel Hair treatment next time. I'm assuming it costs a lot to have done since only 400 people know how to do it. I'll start saving up. LOL

When he started about the sausages, I had to laugh soooo hard. I was asked to try a few new sausages in a supermarket in Japan during my year in Japan as an exchange-student in 2006. Telling him, that I Iiked them made the day of the employee^^I gotta say, they were delicious, but very different than ours at home.

Natsuke is always a treat- but the jellyfish aquarium is da bomb ! i now would like jellies as pets - so calming !
This was awesome! Loved the aquarium. Jellyfish are such interesting creatures. There are so many of them that, collectively, their little pulses that move them through water is critical to mixing the warm and cool layers of ocean water, allowing for nutrients to circulate better for other marine life. I'm hoping to return to Japan soon and I would like to go there!

This might sound weird, but this why we should all travel a little when we're able to. You never know what kind of friends you'll come across. Interesting & fun people like Mark & Natsuki are the best kind of random friendships to have. They make it clear that we're all more alike than we are different. What a fun video!
